I had trouble with the cable company's wifi in my house. Speeds dropped off tremendously once I left the room where the router was located. The net gear completely eliminated the problem! Very satisfied!!!

i originally bought the Nighthawk AC 2300 but had trouble keeping the WiFi connected so i returned it and picked up the AC 1900. The speed of this router is just about the same as the 1st one i bought. so far my signal reaches all through the house. I also have a WiFi signal 100 plus feet feet from my house. on a average i have 10 things connected to it and the streaming is excellent. i am very happy with this purchase.

I cannot believe how fast my pages load after having this router installed. Very pleased with the performance. I had Geek Squad install it, so I can't speak to ease of installation.

Great for multiple use streaming. We can get the game consoles, phones, computers and TVs hooked up to the internet with no problem!

This router replaces a more expensive model by another manufacturer that only lasted a year and did not provide the same signal strength at distance that the new Netgear router does. I am very pleased.

I was tired of not receiving wifi at the other end of the house. The salesman recommended this model and it worked out perfectly. All of my devices can be used at the same time with lightening speed.

This product was easy to get started with its setup but it is not speeding up everything that i thought it would be doing. My oldest computer is not able to connect to the WIFI but other then that its a great product.

Purchased to upgrade existing system (add more band width). Running a wireless net work with range extender to cover 5 bedroom home. Works great and I like the Netgear line of equipment. Easy set up and reliable for me.

We bought this router with the intention of being able to stream movies. It has worked wonders for our internet. We are very pleased. I does just what the Best Buy sales associate said it would do.

My Gen II Ipad kept losing the network connection on our U-verse router. I disabled the U-verse wifi and installed this router. End result, no more connection problems and faster WiFi. Highly recomended

Setup was easy (used my mobile device), no issues and pain free. Performance (in coverage and signal strength) was mainly what i was looking for as i didn't need speed given limitations by the isp. Remote administration via the app also works very well. I'm using the matching mesh extender and it works seamlessly.

Moving to WiFi AC has made a huge jump for me. Being a very robust piece of equipment has help with some problems I was facing in my last unit. Never drops any dnp connection. Running Plex at home so have set up my own media cloud and this handles it great. Basically running a personal server thru it. If none of this means anything to you just know that for simple speed and multiple channels of use within your home pay the extra money & don't worry about anything for a few years.

My wife and I needed a high speed reliable router for our home office. This Netgear device did the job as advertised. When I needed help from their customer service their response was fast and helpful.

I purchased this router in an attempt to max out my internet d/u speed through my internet provider and expand the wi-fi range in my fairly large home. After performing the rather easy installation process, I managed to get all of my wireless and wired devices connected with little to no problems. I then performed multiple speed tests near and further away from the router and compared to the router I used to have the range goes much, much further. The upstairs room above where the router is still manages to reach on or near 100 percent signal strength which is fantastic compared to my old router (Cisco E2000, a pretty good router btw). As I move around the house the signal strength fluctuates of course, but it almost never reaches below 50% even in a far away room. Also, I was getting around 12 MBPS max download speed while paying for 20 from time warner before getting this router. I first upgraded to this router while keeping the leased modem through TWC and I was getting around 17-18 which was a big improvement, but thought it could do better. So I got myself a nice new modem for even better speed, and to get out of paying for TWC stupid modem lease nonsense, and the max download speed now EXCEEDS 20 MBPS. This router is definitely a bit on the expensive side if you ask me, and I was really debating between this one and the Apple Airport Extreme and the newer Asus. But after looking into it pretty extensively on the internet I found that the Nighthawk got the most positive rave out of them all. So if you have the extra 200+ dollars to spend on a new router def consider the Netgear Nighthawk. and make sure you have a solid modem as many times the modems that are given to you by your provider do not max out your speed even close to what it can. So if this is the case try and get urself a new router (check IP website for compatible modems) as well and this will really max out ur internet speed.

I upgraded to fiber optics so I needed to upgrade the router. I looked online and asked my son. We decided to get this one and so happy I did. Lightenings speed in the whole house

Got this router to replace older netgear router. Purchased larger home and older router could not cover home. Have over 15 devices connected and handles it with no problem. Full signal throughout house.

Easy to set up. I have better WiFi signal all over my house. I had an electrician run an Ethernet cable to the family room so we could stream video, now not needed. Instantly better download speed.
