Great router! Easy setup! Range is awesome. 4 bars all throughout my house. WiFi extenders all sitting on the counter now...no need!

Easy to setup and connect to. Having some difficulty with connecting things like camera's etc due to firewall ports between the regular router and this external one.

Been using this for just under a year. I had an Asus before this and I loved that. There are so many more options in the settings to tweak with allowing me configure everything on my network. Great, strong, and far signal even through walls. Very easy to setup and manage with the Blackhawk app (even remote management)

It cover entire of my house without any issue. No matter how many devices you have in your house, this will cover all without losing any connection.

I'll start with the design it's sleek but it's pretty large, enough to set aside space for it. Set up was easy to connect to the modem and then connecting to the router. Configuration was easy to navigate through. Only complaint I have is the three antennas on the back. It doesn't do a good job staying in place. Just a small force is required to loosen it from the back. By small I mean really small. Not ideal if it gets accidentally bumped from the back.

Have this in my basement and I get great signal on my 2nd story bedroom. I replaced my old router with this and it fixed my signal issues. Works great.

The device was easy to setup due to easy to follow instructions. Even advance tasks like port forwarding was intuitive and admin screens made sense.

I am really pleased with this router. Setup was easy and the configuration software does all that I need it to do. Just hope it lasts a long time.

I've been a fan of Netgear in the past and they keep delivering with great products...I was replacing my parents A,B,G router and this one is a blazing fast upgrade!

I added this to my time warner router. I was getting lots of WiFi drops and dead spots. After hooking this up I get great coverage through out the house and much more reliable connection. We use it for Xbox, tablets, phones, rokus, etc. We noticed a considerable improvement in speeds and overall connection strength. We have a 2800sqft two story house in a densely populated neighborhood.

Needed to upgrade my network infrastructure to support streaming of music to a network audio player. This Netgear router filled the bill in two very important areas. One, by providing greater range and throughput, essential for streaming music via wireless connection at CD or better quality. And two, and just as importantly, allowing me to use a relatively inexpensive external hard drive plugged into its USB 3.0 port as a NAS (networked attached storage). I've been using this setup for over a month now to stream music via wireless connection to a Bluesound Node. Pros: Does the Job. Improved throughput for the entire network. NAS support. Very good and helpful Netgear phone support. Cons: As all the reviews will tell you - its a big sucker, takes up a lot of desk real estate. Documentation, in my opinion is a little lacking, especially in the area of utilizing network attached storage, but to their credit Netgear support was very helpful in overcoming this shortcoming. Overall I'm very happy and would rate this product at 4.5 stars.

Now they come out with a wireless router that is so easy to setup. Where was this back in the day when I started messing with them? Super simple and great distant. Not to sure how fast it is yet due to older computers and limited internet here in the country. I have 4G now and I don't see any upgrades in the near future. If your looking for a new wireless router, give this one a try.

Best thing I did was switching from a modem router combo to independents of each.. This wifi router has been running flawlessly for about 6 weeks now and there's nothing I can say bad about it... I cut out cable just before this purchase and it handles streaming on 2 tvs, our security system, thermostat, tablets, echo dot along with phones and lights

I had a really out dated router that kept dropping wifi signal. Since I switch to this router I haven't had any lost connection. Worth the money!!

BIG difference in speed and wireless reception with performance of computer, TV, cell phones, tablets, gaming, and laptop in different areas of the house!

I actually have bought two of these wireless routers. I first bought one for my home and then for my parents. They were having issues with dropped signals and not very good range with there old system. The nighthawk has wonderful range and works while many devices are connected. My parents and I can facetime with no lagging or video issues. Great product. Can't recommend it enough.

Our old netgear router had outgrown the number of devices we have. The new one works great! None of our devices get kicked off of the internet now.

Netgear Nighthawk is a great product. Dual band with guest access. Easy to setup. Circle with Disney capable tho I do not use it.

Good speeds, good range. Running connected to gigabit internet. Have on first floor of 2 story home. Get solid speeds throughout basement and 2nd floor (300 Mbps). Have had a few issues where it seems to go down when my kids connect their Chromebooks for school. Probably 5 occurrences over a month.

My old router kept losing signal and I kept having to pull the plug and reset it. This router solved the problem and haven't had to reset since.
