This product plugs in and almost installs itself. Once installed, our wi-fi signal really spread throughout our two story 3500 sq. ft. masonry block home. Highly recommend.

Orbi router - recommend

This router exceeded my expectations. I'm currently using it in a townhouse, with ultimate plans to use in a 5,000 sq foot home. With the town home ~1,500 sq feet, i get excellent signal throughout. I'm hoping to obtain the same in the new house. Setup was a bit more complex than expected due to issues getting latest firmware. The interface/UI is just OK, iOS app is better. I wish there was a more intuitive way to determine which device (router/satellite) your device is connected to. Since the townhouse is so small, I haven't really been able to test if the device easily transfers from satellite to router and vice versa in a seamless fashion. But have noticed connection speeds well over 468Mbps. So far i've been more than pleased.

I am a google fiber customer, and those of you who have this service know that you are restricted to the garbage wireless router that they provide. I purchased this VERY expensive router as a last ditch attempt to get decent coverage to my upper floor without having to run Cat6 down from my attic through the second floor and ground floor to my basement where I can run it through the joists and pop back up to the google router. I turned off the wifi on my google router and set the Omni as a bridge. I was immediately disappointed as it didn't work. I ended up turning the wifi back on my google router and went to bed angry. Upon waking up I looked at my phone and after turning the google wifi back on, it started working for the Omni as well. This has been the only solution I have been able to find so it is an absolute lifesaver.

The product definitely delivers what it states it will do. I now have wifi in the back house which is probably 100ft from the location of my router/modem. The speeds are still fast.

We love our Orbi, best mesh network router out there. Google has these smaller less powerful nodes but our walls are thick and it didn’t have a strong signal. The Orbi comes with a main and a satellite node, this gives us max coverage in our three story home no dead zones. We have the main upstairs next to our modem and the second downstairs in our living room, full coverage to all devices with only these two nodes!! You can buy more if needed like if you want to direct connect anything specific, the setup was easy

I’ve never used a better router system ever. I’ve had tons of routers and this mesh system is the best. You would think you’d have speed drop off but you don’t. Covers 5000 sqft with ease.

The product is very easy to set up and use. I have had excellent speed throughout my house so far, in some places not much less than I would have gotten with a wired connection.

So this thing spits out 500-600mb wireless, the Disney circle is worth every penny. have 3 kids and I can manage times and set adult filtering which is pretty amazing. check out circle on you tube. I have a lot of devices in my home. upgraded from a airport extreme which was top notch but need the on board power of the router to eliminate bottle necking. Just needed modern network interface with the power due to multiple cat 6e connection from a in home network and 4k streaming. this thing doesn't flinch. when I go to work its ridiculous that my WiFi doesn't disconnect from my phone for a half a block.. truly a beast of a router satellite combo

No more Wi-Fi blind-spots in my 4-storeys townhouse. Sending signal from the basement to the 2-nd floor and then all-around. With latest software update 3 devices could be daisy-chained, but 2 devices was enough to cover 2000 sq.ft in my case. Now all my neighbors feel envious looking at my WiFi signal strength.

The system is super fast, and works great in a two story 3000 ft2 house. We have the base unit downstairs on one side and the satellite upstairs on the other side of the house and there are no issues with speed or connectivity anywhere.

I am a computer professional and have worked with networking products for years. I love this product! I did a lot of research before buying this product and I am happy to say that it paid off. What sets this product apart from the others is the tri-band feature. This allows the routers to communicate to one another without using the other 2 Wifi bands. My internal Wifi speeds are now at hard wired levels. I have a large home, approx 3600 sq feet, and it covers the entire house. The phone app is not as good as the other solutions, but this was not a deal breaker for me. The web interface is good and the product updates have gone smoothly. I hope that they continue to work on the phone app to make this product even better!

This two station system was easy to set up and works very well. Just remember that even if you use the same name and password, your wifi devices still need to submit the same password again.

Our house is a single story ranch. Our router is in the middle of the house. One would think a single router would cover it just fine, but the bedroom that I use as an office has a weak signal, even with a router with excellent ratings and advertised to cover three times the square footage. I believe the problem is a pair of metal air returns that pull the air from near the ceiling blocking the signal. Not only did the ORBI solve that problem, but the speed is almost as good as when my laptop is connected directly to our cable modem. The only down side is that I sometimes momentarily drop coverage when I move from one part of the house to another. This is a modest inconvenience compared to the advantages.

Netgear Nighthawk was getting a little long in the tooth. My internet was bogging when kids would use FaceTime etc. Speeds and coverage are great now in a single level 2100 sq ft home.

Installed these in 5 Bd 3 1/2 Ba 2 story home with basement. Current router was covering whole house but far corner of house (in 2 bedrooms) was spotty slow speeds. This seems to have fixed it as I get within 50 MBps anywhere in the house. Really like the Circle integration for watching kids devices. Bought it in part due to the Bitdefender included part...didn't realize that was a 30 day trial and then it would be $70/year. I will be sticking with my current security but bit of a disappointment. Other reason for docking one star is size of these things...they're quite large and not at all easy to place the satellite unit without it standing out. Could be more ergonomic.

Orbi is a nice and easy way to extend wifi to the corners of your house ... I was having trouble with coverage in my garage and porch - but no longer. No more wifi extenders - I love it.
