the pc setup program could be much better. Had an error on initial setup and program wouldn't allow a change in password. had to go in through a dos promp to get to a place to change the password and log on to router.

This router works ok unless you are using an apple device. Can only connect with the 5ghz to the iPod. Can not use without being in the same room as the router. Defeats the purpose of a router that should cover the entire house.

Didn't get the speed that i expected and didn't know there were a 15 day return policy had never return anything to best buy before always thought it was 30 days and now i'm stuck with this router unplug and sitting in a box.

Bought a new router in hopes of improving coverage for devices in the house - after a fairly easy setup and changing passwords on all the devices - no change in range or service speed or reach over my 7 year old one. Should have saved my money.

It's works fine once I got it setup and connected to my devices. Their support team was excellent.. They stayed on the phone with me until everything was working. I am technically challenged so some of the problem could have been my fault.

Faster than the Belkin I previous had, but the Belkin was just a base model. I did have to reboot one time already and now my cell phone will not connect to WiFi. Not impressed.

Software setup was challenging and required tech support. Had to pay for tech support that should be provided at no cost. Nickeled and dimed to get necessary help. will probably go back to netger next time need to replace router.

I had an old Netgear router that was great. From day one to the day it died, it worked flawlessly. This new one took a bit to get configured, and it's still flaky. Netgear makes some good routers, but this one is not one of them.

i'm not sure I needed this router but it was recommended by a sales person.it might be more than i need. I also had trouble connecting the wireless printer. I think lot of the trouble I,m having is with the netgear helpline.

The router was incredibly easy to install, it practically did all the work for me. Performance has been about what I expected, though I believe most of the slower speed is more the result of my computer than the router itself

This router worked good for maybe a year. Unfortunately, it's been very finicky after the first year or so. It isn't worth it.

I ended up returning this product because it did not cover my whole house. The router I was replacing didn't either, so I don't think this router had any thing wrong with it, I just didn't buy one with enough coverage.

The product didn't comes up with the wide range based on its feature, and the annoying issue is the frequent disconnection of the network. so i have to be airplay to stronger my signal strength.
