I ended up with a block of ice requiring the appliance to be unplugged and thawed. NewAir support suggests leaving it unplugged for 24 hours and "resetting" it. Unfortunately this did not resolve the problem and I just went back to the trusty fridge ice maker. It may be slow, and it may not be clear, but it makes ice and at the end of the day, that's the only goal here!

No longer worked after first use.

I turned it off and tried again but it only let the water flow down and do nothing else. So pretty disappointed.

Doesn’t make good ice

USED!! Arrived Dirty!

Looks like a backer spit in it!! No packaging at all!! It has scratches all over it!! Something nasty wiped all over it!! No manual. I hooked it up anyway, & water comes out more than ice! & It doesn't freeze well it melts!

Great Ice Machine

When this one arrived about the fourth day it started making a horrible sound. We thought we would have to return it. However, the noise stopped and is making good ice. When first turned on the ice cubes are full. As the tray fills the cubes are not as full but the ice is hard. This ice machine is much better than the bullets the other machines make daily. I would purchase this machine again.

We took it camping last week and it kept our cups and cooler filled. It looks nice on the countertop. Because it is so heavy it stays put on the RV countertop wile traveling.
