Just purchased and used this for the first time today. Coming from a Nespresso, this is still easy to use, albeit a little more work, but the espresso is much better using my choice of fresh beans. I didn't want to be a barista, so this perfect for me versus some of the other machines that require more time and skill to use. It came in a few days early for pickup at store, which was a pleasant bonus :)

Great product. Easy to navigate for anyone in the house. Barista help is pretty good (i had 0 clues about making an espresso before this). Id say its the best entry device to get out of the cups/boiling your coffee lol

The Ninja Lux Cafe is everything that they say it is. I have never had an espresso machine performe as this does. I am so glad i made this purchase, well worth the money spent

Bought as an anniversary gift for my wife who will drink Starbucks or 7Brew everyday of the week, now we practically have her favorite drinks on tap at home lol. Great investment and definitely a solid machine, definite upgrade from the Ninja Luxe compared to what we seen online. We are partial to Ninja products, so go with your gut on the purchase, in our opinion its an easy buy for us.

I’m finding this machine ideal for my needs. Makes great coffee, easy to use and clean. You don’t have to go to barista school to get your favorite cup of coffee. The integral tamp is a good feature. Refining the grind is made easy with the machine recommendations. Also the frothing options work very well. You do have to keep an eye on the drip tray as the self cleaning steam wand will fill it up after a few brews.

This is a great machine and it’s very easy to use. I like that I don’t have to do any weighing of coffee beans. And I’m able to make many types of coffee drinks.

This 4-1 machine is great for espresso’s, and just okay for coffee. I got this to experiment with espresso and also maintain the ability to just make a cup of coffee too when needed. The espresso’s are amazing. It’s only a matter of a few days before you are making espressos that are better than what you would get when stopping at a typical chain coffee shop. The machine appears to adjust well based on the type of beans that you use. It’s pretty simple to learn, use and also to clean when you’re done. It does use quite a bit of water (I’m not sure if this is normal for espresso machines). For every shot there is probably an equal amount of “waste” water that empties internally into a drip pan. The “coffee” function is not great and I still have yet to make a cup that I am happy with. Overall it’s seems to be primarily an espresso machine and if that is what you are looking for, then you will not be disappointed at all.

This espresso machine completely changed my mornings. The coffee comes out smooth, hot and full of flavor every single time. It’s very easy to use, the settings are intuitive, and the quality of the build is excellent. I’ve tried different beans and every drink tastes amazing. I also love how fast it heats up in just a few seconds it’s ready to go. For anyone who loves good coffee at home, this machine is absolutely worth it. One of my favorite purchases at Best Buy.

We love this coffee machine. We had some trouble with the first one delivered. The sensors weren’t working the way they were supposed to so we called the number and the exchange happed pretty quickly. They sent us a brand new machine and this one is working perfectly.

Had this for about 6 weeks now, and use it at least twice daily. I wouldn't say perfect, but I'd say for the price, functionality, customization and reliability, it's about 95% of what I'd want. Easy to maintain, clean, use, understand and troubleshoot, plus their customer service is amazing, Ninja doesn't disappoint. I went from very little knowledge and spending nearly $10 per day at the local coffee shop to this thing. I've read the only complaints are having to dispose of used water frequently... But at less than 30 seconds to do so, I feel that's a small issue. No regrets, thank you!

My husband and I are huge coffee drinkers. Not only are we saving so much $$ from buying coffee at starbucks, DD, etc. its so much fun to make. My husband and I fight over who gets to make the coffees lol. My sister in law just purchased one too, because she loved ours alot. Im also convincing my MIL to get it!!! 10/10 definitely recommend buying this!!!!

Impressed!! Just started out making my own drinks at home. Super easy to use and keep clean. Shows words instead of icons which makes it easy to understand what type of drink you are selecting. The machine will also tell you if you have the wrong portafilter inserted based on drink selection so you could say it's "dummy" proof. 100% recommend this model with the built in tamper.

This thing is awesome does everything you need whole family can use it easy to clean just awesome

Great product. We had to get the 4 in 1 becuase the 3 in 1 does not come with hot water dispenser. Sometimes we need instant coffee, and having the ability to just have hot water is a plus.

This is my 1st manual espresso machine and really wanted to like it. It's actually very good at doing decent espresso shots of different size. It's good at milk frothing too. No complains there. It's having serious issues with drip coffee getting the grinding size right and with cold drinks outputs. It also makes a mess with powder under portafilter and access water in the tray. Frustrating..
