We had some issues right away. During setup the iPhone app wouldn't take the serial number of the frame. After a bunch of tries it finally connected. The auto detection thru wifi didn't work. After connecting to the frame, even a single picture upload took forever the first time. However I was able to upload pictures through the website. We uploaded multiple pictures today and it worked fine. The frame screen is a 16:10 ratio. So unless your pictures are that size there's gonna be some weird border issue. The app does not offer any kind of stretching for the pictures. Display and visually the frame looks great. It's just the software that is an issue. So it's up to the company whether they want to make it a great experience with both hardware and software or they want to let mediocre software drag down a great product.

I bought this as a Valentines Day present for my wife. We live in 1100 miles for our son and grandkids so I thought it would be nice if we could display photos of them all the time. It works great and was a huge hit with my wife. Already my son and daughter-in-law are sending lots of pictures via email. It's been wonderful to be able to see what is going on with them in real time. The photos are crystal clear and the constant changing allows you to see so many of them instead of only a few. Highly recommended.

My daughter wanted this for her house for Christmas. She loves it. Easy to use. Great picture. Definitely something I would recommend.

This is the perfect sized frame. We have this on our table in front of our window in the living room, and it doesn't block out or distract from the rest of the décor; it does however, add an ever revolving color to that part of the room with interesting insight to who is dear to us. We use it in the horizontal configuration and even our vertical photos are very clear and large enough to see all details. We use the random display setting which keeps things interesting and unpredictable.

Excellent Picture Frame! I had an old school picture frame with the memory card and was a little hesitant on spending the money. It came up on sale and couldn't be happier. IT WAS SO EASY to transfer pictures from my phone to the frame. It was on sale so it made it better. Can't say enough about this one I wish I could give it 10 stars!
