    I really love the vpn and the lifelock section that cone with this. Lifelock allows you to monitor your information being in the black web and the vpn protects your ip address .

    Thought this was VPN but it’s just another “identity theft protection” program. Haven’t received one notification yet my credit was compromised, just like every other “I.D. Theft Protection service. Wouldn’t buy it again and would return it if I could. I asked for Norton VPN and somehow talked into this product.

      Lifelock Identity Advisor is our entry-level service that primarily notifies you if we find your personal information on the ‘dark web’, and also notifies you of any recent dates breaches. In other words, it ‘advises’ you on generic ID-related events. All of its services are explained here: https://lifelock.norton.com/products/lifelock-identity-advisor. In order to get proactive alerts about your personal credit events or potential ID theft, our LifeLock Standard service is needed. I believe if you contact our support center at support.norton.com, a customer service rep can help upgrade you to the full ID theft protection service. I’ve used LifeLock for ten years and it always alerts me when I open a new account or perform some other identity-based action. Hope this helps - DWN norton_us

    I like the Norton product, but had difficulty getting it installed because my BestBuy receipt did not not include my purchase code nor did the confirmation email I received from BestBuy. After an hour of phonecalls with GeekSquad and BB tech support, they eventually provided me with a code and then the install went quickly for first device.
