Let's first say along with the many others, BB Digital Library does NOT work. After finally getting in touch with a rep, they sent a link to downloard directly from Norton's site as Norton's site is also convoluted. After finally downloading (1 hr later), I ran a full scan and it did find a few lingering old trojan's which I appreciated but if using their secure VPN, let it be known that your speed is dramtically cut down as well as not being able to open links. The choice is yours whether to continue using the VPN but I choose not to as connecting to my work network is impossible with the VPN on. I noted intangible only because I can't tell if it's actually running a protecting my computer as spam emails keep coming through as well even though both the address and content is clearly obvious it should have been caught or flagged. I also physically run the scans since again, I cannot tell if the system does or not and sometimes there is lag so I can't tell if my laptop is infected or a scan is running in the background. All intangible attributes.

The purchase was easy with no hiccups. The representative at the store when I picked up the product was very courteous and friendly. Norton360 does the job and I am very happy with the product.

The product ifself was grsat and easy to install, wish I could say the same for the Best Buy digital download. It did not work and I had to spend over an hour with tech support to get the link and then download. Either sell the physical copy or get your digital links working better...

Works for the casual user. Only complaint is that I have to buy a new one every year. Cheaper to buy a new one than to renew.

Norton360 has never failed me! It's easy to download from purchase & just as easy to add multiple devices! I love how you can see which devices are on your account and delete the ones you're no longer using. I definitely would recommend this item!

I love my Norton 360. I have it installed on 8 laptops now and it works great and blocks intrusions. I love the LifeLock features and guarantee the product comes with. This is my 3rd year using this product and it has done everything it promises with the Antivirus, Intrusion and Cloud Storage, LifeLock,AD Blocker, etc. You can not go wrong with this software.

I have been spending a lot of time browsing different websites for business and personal purposes. Up to now, my PC doe not encounter any virus or so. Installed Norton comforts me a lot.

While I don't doubt the effectiveness of the protection, the system also slows my computer and gives far too many pop-ups / upgrade promotions.

This version was an automatic subscription update from Norton to my existing version. It renewed on Black Friday at a heavily discounted price. I wasn't originally happy that you had to leave Automatic Renewal on in order to get software updates, but, this auto-renewal saved me considerable money.

Installed Norton because it was recommended by a friend and I was having issues with McAfee. McAfee was blocking everything

Been using Norton for years. Now Best Buy makes it simple with ordering a digital copy online and it gets sent to my email. No leaving my home and I can down load onto all computers and laptops easily.
