Great gadget! My husband & I got this so we can use our lap top anywhere while on vacation. It worked great and didn’t take up much space in our luggage. Easy to set up, use and store! We have had no problems with this so far! We would definitely recommend this.

Received an excellent discounted rate for adding this "hot spot" to our Verizon phone account, as opposed to the separate account we previously had for a separate unit. Huge savings. And this unit is smaller and easier to use. No problem with logging in and accessing my own private Wi-Fi access, rather than using the so-called "secure" access at hotels, etc.

I had an iPad with 3G and switched to WiFi only with this hotspot. Works great and it is small enough to carry in my pocket if needed. It also nice to have in car and allow up to 10 people to connect to it. Great product and so far great service.

Easy to use and install and I use this for my home source for internet service. I can't get cable or high speed service on a land line. The speed is great and it really is just plug and play, without the plug

We like having our Novatel - Verizon Jetpack MiFi 5510L 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot when we go for a long weekend or travel because we can have secure Wi-Fi access wherever we go. There are some people out there just looking to grab your personal information to rob you of anything they can get their digital hands on - so I rather be safe than sorry. It works well and is as fast as it should be with 4G technology. We've had no problems so far unless we cannot get a cell signal which is rare because we have Verizon.

Activation and setup were relatively easy, connection speeds and range are as expected, batter life is good. No surprises so I'm happy.

This is my second wi-fi hotspot in 5 years. I had AT&T and did not like the coverage and would lose connection on a regular basis. Now with Verizon I get a much sleeker and nicer unit. I also get better coverage and have not had one dropped session in over a month which may be part due to a better wi-fi unit. All the visual bells and whistles are neat but I am not happy with the brand new battery life which is not even 3 actual days with maybe 2 to 3 hours of use each day. My old unit had a much better battery at first. But over all I guess I am dumbed out with the neatness of this unit and will call it better. It is certainly updated and nicer. Just not sure if it is better.

The small size makes it perfect for travel and works good out in remote locations

I purchased this for use in Florida and it is very easy to set up, use and transport. I always have access to the internet now.

Using the aircard is simple and easy. The battery life is good.

Switching from satellite wifi to a portable unit has taken some adjustment, but the Mifi unit works very well as long as cell signal is strong enough. Living in the country, we don't have a lot of options for internet service, so this is an excellent option.

I live out in the country and it's been so hard to get internet service that wasn't moving at the speed of a turtle. The Verizon Jetpack MiFi 5510L is excellent. Whether downloading or surfing the net, it is quick.

This little box is perfect for where wifi connection is limited. It has also become invaluable when traveling as it offers the security of a home connection on the go
