I have to hit multiple buttons for it to function each time we use it. Very pricey for how well it works.

Tried setting up several times. It is more confusing for wife than 2 remotes we have to use now for the tv and cable.

Good control. Easy to use. But had to get one that went with xfinity service.

Wish I could give Zero stars. Was going to buy the 8-device, highly rated remote, but chose this instead for backlighting. What a mistake. Seems like a nice device, but when I installed app and attempted set-up (on an iPhone 15), the process identified the remote then said "Let's update your remote." When I tried to do that, I got "Oops something went wrong. Try again later." There is no relevant information on the support tab of the One For All web site. Did that several times - but I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to even attempt. Same error. So I called customer service in the middle of the day (in Hawaii), got a message that customer service hours are 9AM-3PM Eastern time. Tried again early this morning, now the message is "We're closed for a National Holiday." It's Good Friday, I guess they count that as a National Holiday. "Call back after Easter." I also tried the installation on my work iPhone 13, same problem. So - the remote is non-functional and I have four days to think about whether or not to return for refund. DO NOT BUY this unless your life is lacking frustration and you need some.

Fairly straightforward operation, is a bit finicky setting up, may just be me. Otherwise it works great.

Won't work at all. Have to try 5 or 6 times in a row to get it to go into pairing mode. App never finds it.

It's a good all in one smart remote that works as designed. Easy to set up and connect.

Decent substitute to logitech harmonys absence....

This rating is based on a comparison to the functioning and ease of use of my Logitech Harmony remote - the Cadillac of all-in-one remotes. Set-up and connection to the app on my android via bluetooth was difficult and unreliable. Also, the requirement to control devices individually, instead of engaging multiple devices with a single button (as with the Harmony) is sub-standard for this day and age. I am returning this device to the store for a refund.

Excellent remote. I was able to sync and have full access of my system with in 1 minute. By far the easiest remote I have ever connected.

Quite difficult to setup. I really like what they were trying to do, but I couldn’t figure it out. I returned it.

It's a great controller you should buy it it's a great replacement

Was simple enough to be used with our TV, Cable Box, and Soundbar. Programming was straight forward with the instructions.

I will say this remote is pretty cool but it lacks when it comes to ease of use. Also ,all buttons cjukd be a bit bigger.

I did like the remote, it helps since I misplaced the original for the TV. I still haven't gone thur the full set up but it's my go to remote

This is a great remote, easy to program and use. Now one remote instead of too many laying around.

Ease of use was not easy considering the time it took me to get set up. Come to find out i didnt need it at all after finding the compatable soundbar to work with my TV. Sorry but it might come back

So easy to set up. Controls all are media devices with one controlller. Yay!

This has been a game-changer! We still have our older tv, but updated our streaming services through our AppleTV device and this remote helps us have better control of how we watch tv!
