Geek squad helped me fix my Pc which was broken in the first day I got it and I just couldn’t stop coming to them because it was too broken for me to fix

Geek squad saved the day after i accidentally locked myself out of my email and cellphone accounts simultaneously. They didn't make me feel stupid, simply reset my computer and got me back online with no lost data.

The guys were very helpful. Updated my Alienware laptop! Im a commercial Adjuster! Back to work!

I came to Best Buy Geek Squad thinking they were my best option to get my Mac back up and running. Was having what I thought was a software issue. They did absolutely nothing to repair my Mac. They told me that it was a hardware issue and it would have to be sent somewhere else. Being the professionals I thought they were I figured they would have a good idea from my description of the problem, the place I ended up taking it to knew what the problem was just from my description i gave them over the phone. Never say never but I’ll go out of my way to not make any other purchases from Best Buy. When someone Takes your money + wast your time, this = bad business. To top it off they wanted me to sign a paper saying I was happy with the repairs. I couldn’t leave with my property without signing it. Attached are two pictures of a Scratch that was professionally installed on the back of my Mac for free!

I have five years warranty for two purchase items. Both purchased in the last eight months, no clear answer was given to ether fix or replace them.

I must give these guys 10 Stars! Andrew Frost was awesome. I came in to reset my computer after my son put in a recovery drive after updating it to windows 11. All my files got crossed and just was not performing good. I wanted it reset back to windows 10. Andrew explained the process and helped me purchase the correct service plan, Initially he said it might take up to 2 days. I dropped it off at 2pm. I was extremely happy when they called me at 5pm, computer was reset and ready for pick up. Now all is great. Thanks guys quality service all the way!!!!

Computer died. Had the Geek Squad look at it. They informed me Windows 10 program had problems. Had them reinstall windows10. They found a problem with a WIFI card that might have caused the problem. Works great now. Good price and fast service.

They performed clean reinstall of windows 11 after my Asus crashed from the GPU. My asus studiobook would not complete the factory reset on its own. I asked Geek Squad to check my hardware to mske sure everything was ok and they did not check the GPU, which was dead. But they did what I asked/paid for quickly. I'm just not a fan of standing in line at Best Buy.

I just finished building my first PC from scratch, and overall, it was a great experience. I’m a beginner, but with help from YouTube and ChatGPT, I was able to get everything installed and wired correctly. First power up, everything came on, fans whirring, lights flashing but thats where the fun came to a pause. I ran into issues while installing Windows 11 from a USB drive. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t get it to boot properly using the ISO. After spending hours troubleshooting, I finally took it to Geek Squad, and they had it installed and running in about two hours. Huge relief! Everything’s working great now, and I’m proud of how much I learned through the process. Geek Squad was knowledgeable, gave me kudos on my build and said this can happen, so loved their reassurance too...Highly recommend if all else fails!
