best home theater ever. my kids where so exited to use it. great picture. One thing is the heat that it lets out.

We shall see how it goes. I had to return the first one as the power button on the remote stopped working. After I returned it and ordered another I found out it is a known issue that Optoma has not repaired in this model. IF you unplug and replug the remote will work for two time turning projector on. BUT then you have to unplug and replug to use remote again. Another issue is fan is a bit noisy compared to the previous optoma I had (old one lasted 10 years) Image quality is great though.

I bought this for our church to replace our old projector. It is way better than expected. I put it on Eco mode and it still outshines our old one. I’m very impressed with it. We have lights on stage and it still shines through.

Easy to set up and picture is great. Remember to read about the HDMI ports--#2 is the one to use for all plus Live Sports. # 1 will work great if you only watch movies. Over all great buy could not imagine needing anything more!! Wii add I use this in a room with Little light, If looking to use in a bright room and at a distance of 15+ feet this probably is not for you.

For the money, you’ll be very hard pressed to find anything even close. The 4K “feed” is definitely a noticeable improvement over standard Blu-Ray. HDR gives you a bit more to help dial in however I’ve noticed some movies look better without. Over all very happy with purchase.

Works well. Had no trouble setting up, just hooked up HDMI from receiver and plugged in p p were. Most difficult part was mounting to ceiling bracket and adjusting image size/focus/keystones to screen (which any unit would require). Good image in ambient light with "vivid" setting. The "cinema" mode works well in darkened room. Agree with sales associate that you would have to go much more expensive to get better quality.

1st time projector owner and I am pleased with the results. Highly recommended as budget buy. Units gets HOT fast and blows HOT air also, not sure if this is normal but i added a usb fan to help cool it.

Perfect projector for what we needed in our game room. Even without a screen, the picture is pretty clear. Only con is the speakers aren’t all that. But we hooked it up to a sound bar.

Overall good projector, we enjoyed the quality and the brightness of it. Better than any Amazon cheaper brand.

Use this for outdoor movie night with a 120” screen. Everyone in the neighborhood says how it’s like showing up to a drive in. Make sure to have a good soundbar as hard to hear. Also only issue was with hdmi connection. Sometimes it wouldn’t properly output signal but after restart it would be fine

Had a 82” tv, decided to get projector, way better than a tv, good projector

I bought this few weeks ago and i like projector but remote ON function stopped working so every time I have to press ON button on projector manually. Send back to Optoma as they said they have to replace unit otherwise picture quality is good

This is the best projector 3d and it takes 4K but it doesn’t display 4K but it’s hard to tell

I did several weeks of research and this unit while not at the high end packs a lot of must haves for the reasonable price. 10/10

This is a great projector, specially for the price range. The image looks incredible as with most Optoma projector.
