I have used this for under a month. At first it took a bit to get used to the boxy edged compaird to rounded edges on most smartphone cases. The case looks great and compliments the white glass on my s10 plus. I have dropped this from 5 feet accidentally a few times on concrete only denting the edges of case. Phone was fine. No damage at all. Only con is the clear back plastic scratches easily so at first will look fantastic but weeks down the road you will collect dozens of small scratches. This is to be expected. It's clear plastic. Not rubber. I imagine in months to come this case wont look as nice but will still function 100 percent.

I love the fact that the back of this case is clear so that I can see the actual color of my phone. I chose this case because I felt it would give me great protection for my phone without the bulkiness of some of the other cases that I looked at. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

Easy to place my s10 into and does not bulk up the size of the phone significantly. I enjoy the clear back-side so I can still see the color of my phone itself

I love clear cases to put pictures in them for personalization, and when I found this case I was a little iffy bc of the price tag but it think it's worth it. I use it 99% of the time, I've gotten 3 other cheaper cute cases but theres always something wrong w them and I put this one back on. The only thing i can complain about is that it is difficult to put on and take off, but I mean it wont pop out or get loose.

I picked this case mostly for the drop protection, and because of the clear back. I got the pearl white s10 and wanted to show off the back. This case wasn't too difficult to put together. It feels great in the hand. It mentions that it enhances speaker sound, and I do believe that is true. The only problem I have with this case is that the buttons are difficult to press, but I don't think other cases will offer as much protection.

I've been using the Otterbox Commuter cases for my previous phones but thought I would give the Pursuit series a try. I'm very happy with the level of protection the case gives to my S10. The rubber ports are very secure but can be easily opened for access. Another feature I like about the case is that audio channel at the bottom that directs sound to the front of the phone instead of downward. What impressed me the most was that my wife has this same case on her phone and it was accidentally dropped in the bay on a recent trip. It was submerged in 5 ft of water for 20 mins. Luckily the phone was still recording video and the only way we were able to see it was because of the lights on the phone. Someone helped us get it and lo and behold it was working like a champ and have the video to prove it! I'm totally sold on Otterbox cases.

I purchased this because it is easier to get the phone in and out. I like using this when I am out in the community to protect my phone as much as possible. At home, I love the small carrier which covers the face. I love both items purchased from Best Buy. I would recommend this to a friend.

OtterBox almost always makes a good case, and the Pursuit series is an excellent phone protector. Relatively slim, waterproof port covers, sturdy as heck. The only minor drawback is the case is a bit 'industrial', not exactly 'sexy'.

I purchased this case after not receiving my accessories along with the phone shipment. I have dropped the phone a couple times on my hard for and it is still brand new. Great case and not too bulky.

Scratches, and gets dirty easily. Once it becomes scratched, it has a hard time wireless charging. Not as effective as you'd hope. Dropped my phone, unfortunately it still cracked underneath the case. Not user friendly, as it is difficult to put onto your phone. I'd go with the regular defender if you typically use your phone long, and don't mind not being able to use the wireless charging feature.

More durable and protective than the commuter, not as bulky as the defender. Clear back shows off whatever color you chose for the phone. Little pricey but seems to do the job.

I'm the person who drops their phone once a month and this case has definitely saved it multiple times. My only complaint is that the scratches show very readily on the clear plastic.

Look this case. Doesn't make my phone super fat. But I feel safe after a drop. Only thing I'm worried about is the clear glass over time with scratches and dirt

I bought this phone case for my new phone so that I knew I had a case that would protect my phone well. I am pleased by it's fit and look.

Phone fits snug and feels 'safe,' Full, 360° bezel protects screen really well, All functions still accessible, No camera issuses.

I love how slim fitting this case is. I have looked for a rugged case that is far enough off of the screen that when dropped on its face the phone doesn't hit the ground. With curved screens this has gotten more difficult. This doesn't catch on pockets and comes out easily. It does add to the length a bit for acoustics which made a 90 degree adapter to prevent cord pull non-usable with this case because it wasn't long enough to reach the port. Having my phone not smashed is a lot more important to me though.

This is by far the best otterbox case I've had, very pleased with the size of the case but you still get the highest protection!

Otter boxes provide good protection for phones, but the clear ones allow you to see the colors of the back of your phones.

This is a great case. It is not bulky and feels like my phone is not even any case but the phone is safe
