    loved the product for the price it was worth it. Customer service was good only thing i will say when i bought it they did not charge me for the install cost. I had to pay when i got their overall great service and product.

    I lived in Georgia where the humidity is 197% for what seems year round. I currently live in south Texas where the oven has been left on broil since 1845. The overall relief of swamp butt due to this product starting my car from well over 1500’ ft, cranking on that AC that hasn’t been recharged since 2015 is a gift from the Geek squad Gods. Recommend highly..5/5 stars

    I was disappointed that I was required to use this more expensive harness for my installation rather than the less expensive one. Sure, it has great features like the ability to integrate the built in steering wheel Controls, but my vehicle doesn't have those, so it's feeling like a little waste of money at this point. Didn't really have a choice though

    Worked well with my 2018 jeep wrangler! It gave me some of the buttons that didn’t work before back! Overall great product

    I had the stock radio upgraded. I was a little worried that there'd be delays in the response of the steering wheel controls. I was also worried that I wouldn't know any delay were due to the PAC unit or the new radio. I'm pleased to say there is no perceptible delays. Lucy me! However, this indicates that the PAC unit won't give you any as well.
