My initial thoughts were that this model did not have all the features that my old phone had, especially the limited 50 entry phone book capacity, but I was able to link the new phones to my existing base and they work like a charm.

Would have liked more "blocked numbers" than 25 provided but works fine and no redundant features.

I've had nothing but problems with this phone!!! From dropping calls, to the expandable handset charger not charging at all, even after replacing the batteries, which I shouldn't have had to do with a new phone, to handset 2 going completely blank. The range is very poor...and Panasonic does offer a range extender you can purchase, but I never needed one with the older model. Sure, I could send it back to the manufacturer to repair or replace army expense but then I would have no phone while waiting. Obviously a defective piece of equipment!

We also suggest that you contact our technical support department at 1-800-211-7262 to express your concern about being without a phone if the system has to be shipped in under the 1 year parts and labor warranty from your date of purchased.
