I am very pleased with my purchase of 5 digital phones. I have had the phones for more than 3 months and have had no problems. The sound quality is excellent and the price was very affordable.

Charged up overnight, set up all 5 in different rooms over the house. They all work great and no issues with sound quality or battery life. Grab it, especially if it goes on sale!

I bought the Panasonic phone to replace a 7yr old Uniden phone that had served me well. The Panasonic has a lot of features (many I will never use but nice to have) and is very easy to set up. The menu is a bit tricky in places but after using it and reading the manual as you go it isn't too bad. I like the fact that the hand sets take standard AAA Nimh batteries and not some expensive pack like most phones do. The voice quality is very good and has plenty of volume to hear even the weakest voices. It has several ringers to chose from, standard rings to quite a few melodies. The speaker phone feature works real well and the party on the other end say the audio is very clear with no echo what so ever. Probably the only thing I could find to complain about would be the fact you can't assign specific rings to numbers saved in the phone book. I could do that on my Uniden and it was handy although the talking caller ID on the Panasonic works just as well if you have it enabled. I tried the cell link just to see if it worked (it did) but probably wont use it that much. Overall I am very pleased and in fact I just bought my parents a three unit system for their anniversary.

This phone bundle is enough for the whole house. It works great and we really use the intercom feature a lot for communicating between the upstairs and downstairs.

We replaced another high-quality set of Panasonic cordless phones because we frequently use the speaker phone on the handsets so that my wife and I can be on the phone together while doing other things. The speakers on these handsets, while not exceptional, are better than their ancestors.
The features on the phone are extensive, and are largely identified in the description, but I especially like that I can name the handsets and have the name display on the screen. This enables me to know where each handset belongs.

Size is compact and it's intuitive to set up and use. Sound quality is good and I really like the bluetooth cell feature - now I don't miss cell calls when I have left my cell phone in a different room. I also like that it has 5 hand sets. I live in a ranch home and it's helpful to have phone sets conveniently located.

I've owned Panasonic phones before, that's what made me buy the newer model. Very durable and the range is very good. Love the intercom feature.

Best house phone

I can store 3000 contacts. Me and my spouse have our cell phones Bluetooth connected to it so whenever there's an incoming call from our cell phone the house phone rings as well. I can also receive calls from my cell phone with any of the handsets in my house. It also alert you whenever there is a text msg from your cell phone. Cool features.
Dislikes
whenever there is an incoming call we are not able to identify if it's coming from cell 1 or cell 2. Unless you have the persons number stored on the house phone or read it from the base station. The base has a light that flashes to differentiate calls between cell 1 and cell 2. When a random number calls while we are away from the base station and our cell phones, we barely can tell who the call is for.

I LOVE THIS. It was great being able to download all my contacts from my Bluetooth cell phone into this phone. All 5 handsets stored the numbers with in seconds. I love being able to get my cell phone calls on my land line. The phone announces out loud when I receive a text and who it is form. It also announces who calls are from so I do not have to even get up and look at caller id to see if I want to answer the call or not.

I have a hearing deficit, but I am able to hear over these phones. However, one should note that these phones are designed to sync with a mobile phone and not use a land line, but I wanted the land line connection which just required a different setting. It is so nice to have so many phones connected to just one base.

Good Replacement for Landline House Phones

We switched from landline AT&T to Cable as bundle with internet. We found that our landline phone system couldn't work without a great deal of static. So, we needed to switch to a wireless system. The Bluetooth helped so that we could include our cell phones, too.
It was pretty easy to set up.

I had to replace my old Panasonic cordless phone system and I decided to continue with the product because I found it easy to use and reliable. This new system is no different. It was easy to set-up and use. The only complaint I would make is that there doesn't seem to be an easy way to transfer your numbers from an old system to the new one.

This phone system is a breeze to setup and use. I don't even have a landline, I Bluetoothed it to my cell phone and can call out with no problems. Trash call? One button on front Block. Great setup.

Link2Cell Almost Works as Advertised

We dispensed with a landline phone in our house (i.e cut-the-cord) and have been attempting to use only our cell phones for communicating with the outside world. But more often then not, the cell phone is almost never in the room you are in when it starts to ring, so you have to chase through the house trying to find where you left it last. This Link2Cell feature of this Panasonic 5-handset phone set (4 remote cordless handsets and 1 Base Unit cordless handset) seemed that it might solve this problem. Up to two cell phones can be Bluetooth-paired with the Panasonic Base Unit, and the Contact Lists from the cell phones can be downloaded to a separate phone books in the Base Unit associated with each cell phone "line". Then, according to the User Manual, you must leave your cell phone anywhere within 10 feet of the Base Unit. (Note that I have left the cell phones well outside this required 10-foot range, and the Base Unit still will detect an incoming call or text message. When an incoming call or text message is detected, the Panasonic handsets will ring with unique ringtones for incoming calls and text messages on each cell phone line. The handset LCDs will display, and the handsets will enunciate the incoming number, or if the number is in either of the phone books, the Contact Name associated with the incoming number for the voice call or text message. (Note that the actual text of the message cannot be accessed by using any of the Panasonic handsets - you must use your cell phone to access, read and reply to text messages.) Also, any of the handsets can be used to make an outgoing call by using a phone book entry, a Caller ID list entry or by direct dialing on the phone keypad. But, unfortunately, the remote handsets do not always ring/display/enunciate when an incoming call or text message is received. That feature seemed to work at first, but lately, the remote handsets have been failing to ring/display/enunciate more and more often. It is still possible to pick up any of the handsets when you hear your cell phone ringing somewhere else in the house and answer the call. So far I have been unable to determine what setting might control this feature of the remote handsets and, if the setting exists, how it might have gotten turned off. Otherwise, all other features of this product that I have used seem to work very well for my intended application of having additional handsets scattered throughout the house to provide a more convenient way of using our cell phones as the only "phone lines" into and out of the house. It is only the "all handsets ring/display/enunciate" feature that appears to not work as advertised.

This phone system has so many features that I'm still trying to learn all of them after owning it for over a month. Love the cellphone connection and the call blocking. I ran out of blocking numbers on my Charter phone service so now I'm filling up the blocked calls on the phone system.
