Well built and great looking camera

Great camera, poor customer service.

It was not packaged as new and the custom settings were already preset by someone else. No issues with the camera, but I do take issue with the fact that Best Buy refused to make this right.

With a few upgrades the S5 becomes a powerhouse

I did make a significant upgrade to its capabilities by adding an Atomos Ninja V, which I highly recommend if you plan to use it for video. My main complaint at the moment is the apparent lack of accuracy from the in-camera level gauge. Not even Panasonic has been able to tell me the tolerances so far, but I have had my case escalated and am waiting to hear back regarding this issue. Aside from that, I've purchased a fotodiox pro EF-L adapter and a canon 16-35mm f2.8 lens (very lightly used) for MUCH less than the Panasonic PRO lens (which is only f4, I believe) and I couldn't be happier with the results.
