My grandmother was very impressed with this PC so I surprised her with it for Christmas. She absolutely loves it and uses it every day for wordpressing, email, youtube and such and its very snappy!

We purchased this computer in April, after the last one quit. We’re very happy with it and the whole Best Buy and Geek Squad experience. The graphics are beautiful and pages open quickly. No problems.

I don't use the touchscreen as much as I thought I might, but good computer. First hard drive crashed right around a month, but Best Buy replaced it no cost to me with a whole new computer. No issues since.

So far, very satisfied with PC. Sound, color display, quickness to access different icons and many features still to explore. Geek Squad very helpful in setup and phone support as well, all resolved.

The ease of use is great. Adding the wireless printer was painless. The adding/delating of program is great. Cleaning/defragment is painless. Connecting to the internet is fast and smooth.

We love this computer. It’s a great cost for what you get, not bulky and has very good quality features and functionality. It suits us and our family. Easy to use and we love the touch screen!

It is a very fast computer, really love it, faster than i need but thats ok. I love the all in one idea, so much easy to clean around. The price was more than fair, and I did a lot of shopping.

Still learning about things on this computer but at this point I really am enjoying the ease of it. The screen is great but will know more the more I explore it's different options.

I love, love, love this computer is has so many features and I love that it's a touch screen as well. I brought for internet surfing and paying my bills while listening to music.

Not giving 5 stars because I only have had this computer a short time but so far this computer is impressive I have had no problems would recommend this computer to friends and family

Set up was very easy, not the mess of cables from the last desktop computer. Only drawback is the location of buttons and ports being in the bottom and back of monitor rather than the sides.

This is a great computer for my business and i would highly recommend as a middle of the road PC. It is a little slow but not bad!

Love the touch screen. How you can have open multiple screen at a time and adjust size so all can fit in the screen. Easily go from touch screen to typing in the keyboard.

Purchased for our son and his wife for all the home needs and school. Works great and purchased Geek squad protection for long term use.

I am very happy with my purchase. I am not very tech savvy and have been able to operate this computer with ease what a relief! Highly recommend this computer to anyone!

We are using this for a touchscreen in our kitchen. It controls google home for music casting in the house, as well as displays recipes when we are cooking. The machine offers plenty of basic functionality to achieve these goals. Speed is OK, aesthetics are decent, and the touchscreen registers touch well. My primary complaint with it really only is the hard drive performance. Booting up Windows takes too long these days with a spinning disk. Also it will occasionally freeze when coming out of sleep mode.

I’ve had this computer for almost a year and love it. I don’t do anything extensive other than Microsoft Office and web browsing but for that it’s been great.

Good performing computer. Excellent power with loads of storage for doing general computer, multimedia, and paying bills. The reason for 4 stars is lack of facial recognition

I like the screen size and the fact it doesn’t take very much space on the desk also the wireless mouse makes it very convenient to work from a distance if I need to

Beautiful images and good for everyday use. Not fast for gaming but that is not why I bought it. Just letting everyone know who may be interested in purchasing it.
