This camera gives us peace of mind for our cats when we're away and we like that it gives us notifications whenever there's movement so we know when to check the app. The app is intuitive and easy to use, and the camera itself has a sleek design. Our one cat that loves treats loves the treat dispensing function!

First impressions; very sleek, high-end packaging that makes the product stand out. A little bigger than I expected but still looks great in the carbon black. Set-up; very simple, took less than 10 mins. You just need your Wi-Fi password and allow a little time for the software to update. I probably need to wall mount this but wanted to get it setup and working asap. App; extremely user friendly with some cool features such as a feed to local animal rescue shelters. Product; still getting use to the product but so far nothing but positive experiences. Allows me to check in on our dog during the day and make sure she isn’t destroying the house, particularly when we are out for extended periods at a time. Speaker and treat dispenser work seamlessly and our dog is definitely enjoying random treats being fired across the living room during the day. Overall; extremely happy with the Petcube Bites and will be recommending this to my friends and family.

We got the all black Petcube Bites for our cat and she loves it! Setup was quick and easy—we opted to place our Petcube on our TV console but it also comes with everything to mount it on a wall (on a related note, I was really impressed with the packaging of the entire device!). Within minutes we had it loaded up with her favorite treats and were controlling it from the app which is very easy to navigate. Our cat loves scrambling around to get all of the treats, which is fun for her and us! But the best feature is being able to check in on her while we're out of the house. The camera quality with a wide lens is incredible. Good streaming, nightvision for when the lights are off—and since the app can save recordings and automatically alert us when it detects motion, we either catch the action when it happens or can look back at the log to see what we missed. For the pet lover, I highly recommend!

Petcube bites has been so much fun and is useful when I’m away from home. The camera and app are very user friendly and easy to set up. The camera has a wide angle (see photo) so you can observe a large area. There are a lot of settings you can customize so that the camera meets your specific needs. I have mine set on motion detection so that I get an alert on my phone when the camera detects significant movement. The treat dispenser works great and helps me feel like I am giving my cat some attention while away. You also have the option of sharing your camera with friends on the app so they can see and interact with your pet. Or you can keep the camera completely private. The one thing I wish you could do is turn the camera on and off with the app. The only way to turn it off is by unplugging it. Overall this is a great product and I would definitely recommend it!

My husband and I have wondered how the animals are when we leave the house. I always believed our puppy is lonely. Finally, we decided to get the PetCube! The device came in a well packed box with very simple instructions! It took about 5 minutes to set it up, test it out, and play around! While we are out and about, I can now check on the pup whenever I want!!! The app will let you know that there is motion detected, you have the option to let the app tell you when to check on them. You can activate the sound and talk to your furry friends and also dispense treats! The treats that come with the product are grain free and healthy! What a wonderful invention for humans! I highly recommend this product (AND THEIR TREATS) to everyone. It will relieve your worries about your animals when you're not home.

Petcube model: Petcube Bites Internet: cable 150 mbps Hardware: iPhone 7s Plus with IOS11 Aesthetics: The unit looks well built with good finishings. Opening the treat compartment is easy and intuitive. The overall shape and colour scheme of the unit is modern and fits well into most environments. Set Up: Set up worked once the 2.4 g internet speed on the phone was selected. The app’s set up instructions were clear and easy to follow. Camera: The camera quality meets the standard of 1080p but compared a Nest cam or Logitech Circle, the image is not as clear. The image is fuzzy and coloration is not as vibrant and true. Infrared is good, though the image sharpness does not match the Circle or Nest. Treat Throwing: Treat throwing works well overall. There is some delay in preparing the treat for throwing and there seems to be a slow mechanical process before the treat is flung. Two-Way Audio: The two way audio works fairly well. It is loud with little lag. The two way audio should be automatically on like Logitech Circle. App: The connection speed to the camera is marginally slower to connect than the Logitech Circle and Yi cameras. The app could be improved upon for user intuitiveness. I would recommend having people who have never seen the app or the camera pick it up and try to figure it out without instruction and see how fast they learn. The audio icon at the top right of the screen looks like the standard settings gear box and is not intuitive to what it is; two way audio. Overall the product is well built and the app is functional and easy to use once the user becomes familiar with where everything is. This product is something pet owners should enjoy to use.

I received the camera in 2 days. It was in a nice package that had everything laid . It was easy to follow the directions. I downloaded the petcube app on my iphone and was able to view the room almost immediately. Since I have small cats, I decided to place it on the floor. I received a notification on my iphone when it was activated by a motion and there was a short video. Unfortunately, the unit came with dog treats and I did not have the correct size treats available to try that. However, you can easily order treats from Petcube using the app and they are reasonably priced. I saw on the app, that you can remotely send a treat and select the distance. The video is in color during daylight and it records in the dark in black and white. The audio is also totally cool. The cats were so funny looking at it while hearing my voice. I thought it was also interesting to see the cats roaming around in the middle of the night. I would definitely recommend this. The video is high quality and encompasses the entire room. You can easily record or snap a still shot from your phone. See the photo attached I took of my 3 cats.

The product packaging was very nice, minimal but still aesthetically pleasing and held the petcube very well! The Petcube item itself is also quite sleek and pretty (i opted for the black on black colorway) but was a bit larger then I imagined. Although a plus side of that is that its sturdy enough for my dog to not knock it over! I have 2 main issues with this product, 1. I wish the app gave you notifications every time there was movement in the camera. 2. When viewing the camera on the app, it gets very laggy and glitchy. Not sure if it is just me or my internet connections? But no matter where I am its pretty laggy so it gets hard to see :( Otherwise, I really really love the treat fling-ing ability to give my pup a little pick me up when I am away at work all day.

I purchased this product so I could check in on my cat while away from home. Having the Petcube gives me much more piece of mind that everything is okay with my cat. The build quality is really good and it was super easy to setup. I like being able see him on the motion alerts or even do a live video call. It's really cool that I can give him treats remotely too! After the first few times using it, Mr. Kitty has learned that it has treats in it and comes running whenever I call him over.

I attached a Petcube Bites to the doghouse on my back patio. The dogs love it. My dogs constantly wait by the Petcube waiting for me to fling a treat. I can check up on them while I'm away from home using the phone app. When I talk to them through the phone app, it's the funniest thing because they can hear me but they can't see me. Their ears perk up and they look in the direction of the Petcube but aren't quite sure what to do, at least until I fling some treats at them. The product is very sturdy and well made. The camera quality is really good for both photos and video. The sound/microphone on the Petcube is very sensitive and can give a little bit of an echo effect -- that is, when I use the app to talk to my dogs on my phone, I hear my voice played back a second or two later after it is transmitted to the Petcube where I hear myself on my phone. But at least I know it's working when it does that. You do have to use the correct sized treats or else the Petcube dispensing mechanism can jam, but if there is a jam, it's very easy to fix by emptying out the container and then pouring the treats back in. The app lets you "share" the camera and treat dispenser with anyone you want to share it with, like family or friends. And you can set up specific times when those shared users can access it. Overall, this is a fun and great product if you want to keep tabs on your pets and give them treats remotely.

I bought Petcube Bites a couple of weeks ago and I love it! My dog is very needy and I know he misses us when we aren't home. Now I can check in on him throughout the day while I am at work and I can even talk to him! He also likes to sit on the couches when we are not around, so now I can catch him, tell him to get down and then reward him with a treat for his good behavior. I am very happy with this purchase!

Just set up the Petcube Bites Camera yesterday. It comes in very nice packaging with easy to follow instructions. The setup was super easy and I am not mechanically inclined. I did have a slight issue getting the app to access my microphone for the two way sound but that was MY issue. I went to the online chat feature and my issue was resolved within minutes. I really like that you don't HAVE to mount on a wall. You can see in my picture that I just set it against the wall. It can move room to room easily. I moved it to the kitchen area when I left for work because that is where my dog's water is and I know she frequents that area. When I got to work, I had to try it right away. At first Ellie (my dog) barked at it but she couldn't resist the treats. Ellie normally doesn't like hard treats but she devoured the ones provided. All in all, it is a fun gadget. The video quality is pretty good and the angle does cover a fairly large room. I will update the review if anything changes but as of right now, I am pleased with the purchase. It's nice to check in on Ellie during the day. Aren't you curious what your pets do all day!?

When I opened the packing box I immediately saw the quality that the company put into this product. The packing is impressive! I opened the box and set this product up quickly. It was easy to get things configured using the app and Alexa was quick to set up as well. Bummer that you have to plug it in though. At first the dogs were a tad worried about the sound that the toss makes but intrigued by the treat dropping sound. Once the treats were on the ground though they realized it was all good and commenced to pigging out care of this new "alien" on the wall. The next day the "alien" had me inside of it. Yep I was nowhere to be found but the "alien" sounded like me talking to them AND it gave them treats. The picture quality is good and I am very happy with the ability to check in, speak to and reward my babies.

I've had 2 cameras at home previously for the purposes of monitoring our dogs, a Samsung with 2 way audio & notifications and the popular Petzi camera that also flings treats but has no notifications or 2 way audio. This Petcube Bites HD is a great step up. Compared to both of the other cameras noticeable differences include a far superior phone app with the Petcube, great support, higher quality build, very nice looking compared to the cheap plastic of the Petzi and it arrived in excellent packaging, feels like a high quality piece of tech. Easy to set up. When you pay a bit for a quality camera for the home it should have all the bells and whistles, this camera does just that whereas the other 2 leave a lot to be desired imo. So far so good!

My pup Tina and I are huge fans of Petcube Bites. I got the product because of the long hours spent at work and wanted a way to interact with Tina while not at home. She's very food-motivated so the flying treats is a huge win for her. The product packaging is great, complete with a mounting guide and materials making it easy to get started. Setup to wifi is a breeze and the app is relatively user-friendly. The only issue I had was in terms of understanding privacy when first logging in. You can choose to make your feed public which had me worried at first that I was broadcasting my home to a ton of people, however upon searching I found that feeds default to private. I love that you can schedule the times to launch the treats or shoot them sporadically - its kind of a fun game for me too. It's also super convenient re-ordering treats directly through app. The best part though is getting to talk to Tina and hear her back with the 2 way audio -- really feels like she's at work with me. I definitely recommend this product to any pet owners who miss out on time with their fur babies because of busy schedules.

We've only had our petcube a couple of days, but we already love it! I enjoy being able to check in on Wilbur while I'm at work, and he loves the occasional treat. The app is super easy to navigate, and setup only took a minute or so. I havent decided where to mount it just yet, but it is doing great just on the counter for now! Id recommend this to anybody looking for a cool christmas gift for the pet lover in the family.

My husband and I have greatly enjoyed having the PetCube for our dog! When we adopted our rescue dog, my husband was working remote from home, but recently his employer was able to find a building for their employees and he is going to the office most days out of the week. We were a little concerned leaving our rescue dog at home alone, as she showed some mild signs of separation anxiety when we had left her at home alone for just a few hours at other times. This camera has really helped our concerns with leaving her at home, as we're able to talk to her when needed and she can hear our voices to know we're still "there." The camera is plenty good enough to see everything our dog is doing at home. We have it set up in the living room, where she hangs out the most, and the wide camera view is perfect for seeing the entire room. The two-way communication is also great, despite a slight delay. We preferred to get the camera that has the treats and haven't had any issues with them shooting out. The treat dispenser has three different distances, all are very reasonable distances, not too far and not too short. We've had no issues with the app and like it very much. PetCube makes it very easy to navigate the app, to turn on the camera, to record any videos from the camera, and to dispense treats. Not a negative thing but something to note: we were expecting a smaller size and were a bit surprised at how large it is. It holds a fair number of treats, so it's mostly so large as to hold the treats and be able to dispense them out. We just had to be a little creative in how we set it up in the house. So just keep in mind that this particular PetCube won't fit in a tiny space and needs a little over a foot of height to sit comfortably. Overall, we are extremely happy with the PetCube and would highly recommend it to anyone who is concerned about keeping their pups at home alone!

Two years ago I bought a different brand of a connected pet dispenser and was incredibly disappointed. I decided to try Petcube Bites and am ecstatic with this device. It is incredibly well designed and the mobile phone app is truly world-class. I mounted my Petcube Bites in my utility room so I can also use it as a motion activated security to monitor that entrance to my house. My dogs LOVE it, as do my wife and kids!

My Petcube is the best. The packaging was a class act. I love watching my dogs roam around, and I can see my living room and part of my kitchen - their favorite rooms. We love the treat function, especially my dogs. I talk to them now and then - they can't figure out where I'm coming from - ha! Petcube has made me feel comfortable leaving my pets at home alone.

The Petcube is an awesome way to stay connected with your pet(s) even when you leave home. Although my pup was a bit scared at first of the cube's sounds before flinging the treat, we were able to teach her that it's just giving treats. From then on she's been ready when the petcube dispenses. Great quality camera and nice application. Petcube is great!
