I purchased this mouse on 5/13/2019 and use it for work purposes only. Since the day I purchased this mouse it intermittently loses connection with my laptop (I have a bluetooth keyboard that doesn't have this issue so I know it's not the laptop). Today when I started my workday I noticed the mouse was once again not working. I tried the usual, removed the device and tried to reconnect, changed the batteries and refreshed my bluetooth connection on the laptop...none of which worked this time. I took the mouse back to the Best Buy where I purchased it and was told due to the amount of time since the purchase I need to contact the manufacturer. Come to find out Platinum is a Best Buy owned product and they won't stand behind their merchandise! Very disappointed in the mouse and Best Buy! Looking forward to shopping exclusively online with this type of customer service...very poor!!

Average mouse. Seems to be cheaply made. I can find it online for $30 less.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with mouse. I love the feel and the button layout.. but the Bluetooth didn’t work at all and my pc isn’t very far away.

The mouse was purchased and used with a brand new Lenovo Yoga 920C which only has 1 standard USB port. Thought I would go with the latest and greatest by using Bluetooth to save the USB port for something else. Huge mistake. Between the computer and mouse the Bluetooth connection kept dropping.....once even as I was moving the mouse. The mouse was used within inches of the laptop. I gave it the benefit of the doubt the first two times it happened. The mouse met an untimely demise shortly thereafter...

Very hard to sync up after it disconnects from laptop, looks sleek get on sale feels good in my hands

I picked up 2 for 2 machines and I wish they did not die as this mouse feels like quality. Sadly, the internals are garbage as they both started failing at the same time. Both are now in a landfill

This mouse was great at first but stopped working and connecting to my computer after a few days. I tried it on several computers with the same issue.

Do not waste your time with this mouse, it does not work too well, even Logitech does not have download support for it. Do not buy.

I am definitely a mouse person. I currently use a MacBook Pro. I never learned all the keyboard commands and prefer to use the drop down menus for actions such as cutting and pasting. Thus, I click a lot. The mouse is ergonomically designed to fit your hand. Therefore, neither your hand or fingers cramp from long term use. Also, the material that covers the mouse is comfortable. This mouse is an all-around good product.

I bought the mouse and it worked great until it stopped turning on even with new batteries in it. So I exchanged it with no issues and life was great. Now, a year later it still works but when it is on it makes an unbearable high pitched noise that is not pleasant to hear while working.

I owned this mouse for about 6 months, used it daily as an engineering student. Great while it lasted. Went home for Christmas, worked fine one night then was completely useless the next. Did everything I could to save it, uninstalled drivers, rebooted my computer, even read a bible verse or two. Nothing. Extremely disappointed as I liked this mouse (while it was working) but now, it is a glorified paperweight. Save your receipt so you can pull the warranty card if you need it, not happy with how this product has performed.
