Good memory upgraded my old notebook. I can tell 16GB made it a lot faster.

I increased the RAM on my laptop from 4 to 16GB using 2 of these. They were fast and easy to install and now my budget laptop operates like a premium laptop. No issues. Plugged them in and turned it on. These really are an economical way to get the most out of your laptop.

Windoze 10 computer came with 4 G memory and was slow when using 2 monitors and multi-tasking. Swapped out memory card to this 8 G and computer runs considerably faster. Wanted 16 G but they were sold out and didn't know if/when more were coming. Price was considerably less than competitors. Installed surprisingly easily in a 'small' computer (not a traditional tower with lots of room. Total installation time (from disconnect computer, open it up, replace card, set computer back up again and get running) was about 30 minutes.

This ram was a perfect match for a laptop that came with 8gb onboard. Increased performance and allowed more browser tabs to be open without any hiccups or hesitations.

Great cost-effective upgrade for a laptop low on RAM. Extremely easy to install (like all RAM, not just this one in particular) and if you're not sure then there are hundreds of videos on YouTube that'll show you how. I personally bought two for my wife's Asus laptop that came with only 8GB of RAM and it's a night-and-day difference.

Bought this for an ASRock Deskmini, which has a desktop style RAM slot in a Mini-STX form factor. Fit a little snug, but worked just fine. No compatibility issues and the system is working great. Speed matches up with the Core i3 8100 I paired it with and XMP settings set the right speed in the system BIOS automatically. Easy as it gets!

Very well priced and very good speed and reliability

For my needs this is excellent and rock solid. I put this into my media server and I don’t need it to be super fast or have unbelievably low latency. This thing has been super stable and just plays well.

Inexpensive way to give your laptop a boost. all you do is plug it in and the computer does the rest (in my laptop). Is working fine and my laptop hp envyx360 has recognized it. I had to buy an ifixit kit unfortunatley but it works.

So, this worked out great because I currently am "returned to college adult," going for my IT certification and for my A+ class, we learned how to upgrade and rebuild computers recently. Because my laptop(just purchased at Best Buy last month) only came with 4GB out of the box, I wanted to upgrade its' performance, thus the 8GB stick purchase. With that said, I was somewhat intimated to open a brand new laptop, because in class, we had only worked on desktops. With some careful steps, I was able to add this memory with no issues at all or Geek Squad assistance. Once installed, I verified that it was done correctly via the System information/BIOS and it indeed showed the increase from 4GB to 12GB. Can't beat upgrading your laptop for only $40+

This was exactly what I needed to add more memory to my Dell Inspiron laptop. It's running great! I chose to install it myself and felt confident doing so after watching a detailed video that I easily found on a popular video site. I had to remove tiny screws, remove the optical drive, pop off and disconnect the keyboard, and pry open the case of my Dell laptop. I was able to do this and put it all back together. It works better than ever! If you don't feel like you can do this yourself, then pay for a trained computer technician to install the memory module for you.

Good chip if your looking to expand RAM not hard drive. Need to be sure your laptop will match specs and has unused extra slot. Haven’t installed yet but should work as expected

It worked perfect. Installed with ease, it was the right size, works great, and the price was good for the part. Definitely a great add-on to my laptop.

Installed this in my 3 yr old laptop that only had 4GB RAM and changed the performance dramatically. Can’t go wrong for $30. Super easy to install.

This computer checked all the boxes for my needs. I really like the All-in-One type computer, taking up less room but still gives me everything I need in a desktop. Unlike my previous fail in choice in computers this one has not let me down. It has the memory I need to add a special magnification program, which works perfectly and I don't have the lagging and slowness I was having with my previous computer. This computer has allowed me once again to complete work tasks at home.

Installs and runs. Upgrading memory oneself takes some planning to get the correct memory. Installation takes careful handling but it is not very complicated if you're handy. Help is available online and if the memory isn't put in properly it can be removed and installed without damage. More memory supports faster operation especially if you want to keep multiple applications open.

I had to take my laptop apart to fix a faulty screen and saw that there were open slots for more ram, so I bought this ram card which matched the type I had. It has helped keep my computer from freezing when playing videos while browsing in other tabs. Easy to install when laptop was apart anyway.
