Solid camera with software issues

Too many issues, gonna return it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this thing an hour ago and have been checking out its performance on my Mac Mini, and am quite disappointed. First and foremost, the picture quality is rather dull and lifeless. And as some reviewers have noted, it doesn't adjust the focus very swiftly if you are moving. In fact, I am not getting the picture in focus at all when the camera is attached to the top of my external monitor. And when I move, the picture halts and then snaps back and then halts again, as if it's buffering. Finally, the Synapse software is not compatible for the Mac, at least not with the current Mac OS. What??!! So it's going back.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Razer Kiyo Pro is trash. After only a handful of uses, my Kiyo began to have issues focusing. This is a well known issue. Firmware and driver updates don't fix it. Changing settings in Synapse does nothing. Since I'm outside the 12 month warranty window, Razer refuses to replace it. I'm not a streamer. I doubt I got 50 hours of use before it failed. You might as well throw $200 in the trash, because that's where this webcam is going.
