Sounds amazing, the haptics are so cool. Never liatened to audio like this before

Amazing product i had the razar kraken v3 pros and they were awesome but then i seen the 4v pros and the sound is even better!!!!

I love them it adds a layer of immersion you cant get from a regular sound system. Only issues it take forever to calibrate(to much freedom) My second gripe is you have to plug and unplug the station everytime you turn your computer or you minor connection feedback in the headphones. Overall Id recommend

This is head is great. We've tried about 6 different kind and this one by far stands out in a good way.

The sound is decent, but at this price point you can just get professional headphones. Razer software is very complicated and makes troubleshooting/setup/settings annoying. Overall very ehh.. feeling after owning for awhile. The haptics are cool but super specific and niche on when they turn on.

I had the older, wired version of this and I loved it. This new version is wireless, easy to setup, and sounds great. Haptic feedback is fantastic, and it’s hard to go back to regular headphones

I am writing this review after 15 months of ownership. The headset has been replaced once already under warranty for what I feel is the biggest drawback to this product, more on that in a moment. The Good: The sound quality is superb and wonderful when watching movies or playing video games on my PC. The haptics required a bit of adjustment but I feel they breathe a lot of life into the games I play. The battery life is good, even when displaying colors on the headset. The Meh: I haven't used the deck at all. It's tucked on a cart on the other side of my PC and I rarely notice it. Perhaps a tool good for streamers or those who are switching constantly between devices? The Bad: Now the reason why my headphones were replaced in the first six months. The physical mechanism to retract the microphone is horrible! It is incredibly prone to getting stuck as you are pushing the mic in and this can cause the mic to bend at a harsh angle. This scenario broke the wires close to the mic of my first headset causing it to turn itself off and on at a dizzying pace. I had to record video of my Synapse software's On/Off indicator flashing like a strobe before the Razer tech believed what I was telling them. This would have been so much better if it had a detachable mic like my old Black Shark. Conclusion: While the sound is stellar and the haptics are a great feature, having such a crucial part of the headset have such an atrocious design flaw that must be babied with each use, especially given the hefty price tag, is just a no go again for me. When this set gives out, or the microphone snaps again, I will look elsewhere for good Dolby sound. Two stars for the sound & haptics.

Best headset for the price . This headset fits all of my needs.. yes a little pricy but this is an all in one headset to Game on for movies and for your daily music.. i highly recommend this headset.

When I first saw these and looked at the price tag, I almost died from heart failure! However, I managed to get them and I am flabbergasted!!! The sound so rich! And, of course there is rgb! I love colors!! The little box makes interfacing with your computer so easy! I've got to say, don't look at the price, just buy them. You'll love them!

Love the haptic feed back , love the cooling gel around the ears and the control module is pretty nice

After my Arctis Nova 7x started having trouble and some thorough research, this was the perfect upgrade. Easy plug. Play. And minor adjustment on settings to set up, but, the quality and performance so far has been well worth it. Especially with the ability to now sync all my Razer products together vs multiple plug and connects. I can’t say enough on how worth it this has been as an avid gamer and part time streamer ! It does automatically start with a feedback option on. Go into setting and turn it off unless you enjoy hearing yourself.

Absolutely mind blowing sound quality, and the vibration feature really adds to the music listening to experience. I just wish that it came with noise cancellation.

The wireless connection on this headset is excellent. I can go upstairs, make food and still stay connected with no dropouts. The sound quality is great and the haptics add a whole new level to gaming. There are tons of features and settings to customize everything exactly how you want it. Very comfortable to wear and easily one of the best headsets I’ve used.

If these headphones could be used independently via Bluetooth with your phone, they would be perfect.

I would highly recommend this head set to anyone looking to buy it. The haptic feature is cool its like having a boom box on ur head and the strength of the haptics can be adjusted. Also the passthrough feature works really well and can be adjusted from the dock. My only complaint is that the razer software can be a bit funky over all it has a good ui and obviously software updates usually fix the minor problems

If i could give 6 stars i would have. I have owned multiple headsets in the 100-300 range and non of them did but this one did and more. Enough cannot be said about haptic feedback. It really does change the game
