Was a great keyboard. Then the clip that raises the keyboard broke. I submitted a warranty claim since it was less than 3 months old. They denied it stating "case would fall under CID ( Customer Induced Damage)" Last garbage product I purchase from them.

Keystrokes feels better than some full mechanical, higher end keyboards. Unbeatable on sale.

I just happened to be lucky and catch this on sale. I have to say, I am beyond pleased with the feel, look and function of this keyboard. I was so happy with the review and look I did not even realize it comes with a nice ergonomic wrist wrest. First of all, it is really customizable down to every function, button and color lightup. If you like the feel of mid profile mechanical keys, this is the best for this price I've owned so far. The extra options that come with owning this Razer product exceeded what I expected. You have the option to download extra software when you plug in this keyboard for various other functions other than just the keyboard itself. I was able to clean and boost speeds while I play games now from the app on my computer and I really did not expect it to actually helped and optimize performance. There is another option app that helps customize background and layout of your screens which is actually really nice and flawless. Don't second guess this purchase. I could go on and on with how much I love this product so far. Now I'm looking into more razer products.

Terrific keyboard, especially for the price. Has a very satisfying click feel without the nose bothering everyone else in the house. And of course the Razer lighting options, which are great. And it comes with as very nice big and soft wrist rest as well. Best value keyboard for the price. No it's not mechanical, but so what? If you can get this on a good sale, I am taking thirty bucks out less, this is a no-brain's.

The reason why I state that in the Review Summary is that it doesn't say it on the box or even on Best Buy's website...!! It says that it has "programable keys" but nothing about Individually Customizable RGB Keys. Some cheaper RGB keyboards have zones of keys that you can customize but NOT individually. So this is the lowest priced keyboard where I see Individually Customizable RGB Keys. Out of the box, there's an optional magnetic wrist rest. The cord is in a black cloth-like casing. It has a satisfying click. It's so satisfying it makes me typing this review sound more meaningful and epic. The feet are a good stable design so your keyboard won't be rocking. I recommend this to virtually anyone who wants it.

Overall this keyboard is great, and I got it on a great sale. Responsive, clicky keys have a great feel, and customizable lighting is a great feature to have. I’m not the biggest fan of RGB lighting, but the ambient awareness mode is cool to have because it replicates the color on your screen to your keyboard, similar to Philips Hue setups for TVs. If it weren’t on sale, I probably wouldn’t have gotten it - Razer is a little infamous for exorbitant pricing. If you want a good-quality keyboard with customizable lighting options, try and catch this one on sale.

Excellent keyboard for the money as it often goes on sale, I scored it for around $30. Great feel, rgb, and an actually comfortable wrist rest that magnetically snaps on nice and snug. The one caveat I haven't seen mentioned, and this could just be my own ignorance to some new norm, but all the shift symbols are reversed. What I mean is with most keyboards, when you hold shift and hit a key, you're typing the top symbol. For someone who is not the best at typing, like myself, I sometimes absentmindedly find myself hitting } instead of ] or some such thing. I didn't want to take a star away, for a personal preference, I just wanted to put the information out there.

I had no idea that this came with a wrist rest- let alone a magnetic one that attaches really easily but also comes apart quickly if I needed more desk space. Great product with really bright and vibrant colors. I also like the sound of the keyboard.

Becoming more of a razer fan every day. Have converted so much of my pc equipment to razer now. Great clicks. Rgb looks great with lots of options in app and the price is too low to pass up. Great keyboard

Love the keyboard! One of the best keyboard I've owned. The quality is great. Love that you can change the lighting via Razer Synapse software. The feel and sound are amazing.

I love this keyboard. It's not too loud and has great lighting. My only gripe is they don't sell replacement key caps because of the special mecha-membraine keys but when it's on sale like this ($25)it's cheaper to just buy a whole new keyboard then trying to buy the keys second hand online. Also the wrist rest is awesome and is worth the on sale value just to get a new wrist rest and have spare keys for the future. I don't believe they make these keyboards new any more so word to the wise if it's on sale get 2 even if it's just for an extra wrist rest.

I absolutely love it. It comes with the Synapse app so you can customize (the lights) to however you want. Really fun to play around with. I'm not sure if this is what some of you want to hear but the clicking sounds i love lol. Expect some noise if you're going to be playing RTS games. It doesn't bother me at all but it may bug some people especially if they're trying to sleep in the same room with you lol. Absolutely love the keyboard honestly.

I have a laptop I use for media creation that I regularly take between work and home and I was looking to replace my old Logitech keyboard for when I use my laptop at home connected to my monitor. I do a little bit of gaming on it as well so I wanted something with great tactile feed back and responsiveness. I couldn't believe the price when I checked it in store. I had to pick it up. I wasn't necessarily looking for something with RGB but this one was better priced than the Logitech and Microsoft ones I was looking at. I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. Its faux mechanical feel is not quite what a top tier fully mechanical KB would be like but it replicates it fairly well. I managed to get it on sale for $30, which is an INSANE price for this quality of keyboard. Typing feels great on it, and it's excellent for gaming. I actually LIKE that the keys don't register unless you make a fully-traveled keypress because it actually helps with typing accuracy and also helps while gaming. The only negative that wasn't QUITE enough to make me knock off a star, maybe a half-star if it was possible, was that there doesn't appear to be any simple or intuitive way to activate a function lock. I could go reassigning keys likely if I wanted to bother enough, but it turns out I really don't. I'd rather just deal with it because it's not THAT big of an issue, just a minor inconvenience. But if this is a huge deal to you, buyer beware I suppose. All in all, one of the best keyboard values I've ever encountered and I don't regret it at all. Perhaps at the full $99 I would likely just spring for something fully mechanical but if you can grab this on sale, go for it.

Razer has yet impressed me again with this keyboard. If it’s not the lights that catch your attention, you’d be happy to hear that Razer has outdone themselves by making the perfect crossover between the “DeathStalker” and the “Blackwidow.” If you have ever heard the story of “Goldilocks” (to put in perspective) imagine you are Goldi for the moment. “Papa Bear” (Blackwidow Ultimate) can be too hot for some, while “Mama Bear” (DeathStalker) can be a little too cold for some. So you try the mix of the two, to only find that “Baby Bear” (Ornata) is just right. The Wrist rest is one of the many amazing things the Razer Ornata has to offer. I personally find it to be great for working long periods of time, while it provides comfort and ease throughout your typing experience.

This has to be the number one gaming keyboard. It has mechanical features and feedback to know your gameplay. It does not have annoying mechanical sounds. It tracks gameplay in the app to know your movements. You. You can change the R GB lighting to reflect games it has presets for specific lighting for gameplay like directional or engagement in battle may light up your keyboard red to alert you of danger.

My review of the Razer Ornata Chroma is 5 stars! Here's why. First of all, the mecha-membrane switches sound GREAT! If you like a keyboard that is soft to the touch, but also gives you that perfect clicking sound, then the Razer Ornata Chroma will be great for you! Also, the VALUE!! This thing is normally $99.99, but they put it on sale for an insane price of $29.99!!! So I give this thing 5 stars for value. The quality is good as well! The only downside is the W key will occasionally just stop, so it is pretty annoying when I'm holding it down and it just stops for a second. This is also a problem for me because I play a lot of video games that use WASD, so that's really the only problem otherwise! I give it 4 stars for quality. The last thing I have for this review is the ease of use. The keyboard itself I rate 5 stars for ease of use, but the software for it, Razer Synapse 2 in particular, is not so good. I wanted to change the lighting patterns for the keyboard, and at least for me, it wouldn't really work... So I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or, I don't know. But I'm still going to give it 4 stars overall because the ease of use on the keyboard is great! So overall, I rate this keyboard a 4.5-star experience!
