Tv picture is great loving the smart tv. Works wonderful

for only 349.99 you cant expect much but it is a smart led tv. so quality was ok and i was able to stream netflix. however you need an internet connection to do anything else (wired) the wireless was iffy. mightve just been a defective one but i wont know for sure i returned it a few days after. size was just right for a small room. sound was decent. i loved that it was super light and easy to carry unlike my new tv!

Picture is very good . Ease of use is also very good . The only problem with this tv is DO NOT update firmware . Once you update , the tv 'freezes' . I tried 2 different tvs and the same result . Using this tv without updating works but who wants to spend money on something you cannot update .

Very disapointed with the "smart tv" feature advertised with this television. The only smart feature I am able to utilize is netflix. I was really hoping to be able to access youtube, but it doesn't work. The tv alone is okay. No real complaint there, but I would have rather bought a regular tv and invested in a roku or other streaming device. Also the remote design is rather cumbersome and you have to be pointing directly at the sensor for it to work. Honestly considerring returning it.

I have always believed in and purchased RCA. However, this TV had problems right out of the box with the HDMI portion. When I plugged in HDMI, the controls on the remote did not work. I had to use the 3 wire system (yellow, red, white). What good is a TV for HDMI when you can't use that cable. I did hook up that way and figured .. oh well. Then I tried to hook all my other goodies with HDMI and nothing would work. Called RCA .... they thought the HDMI bank was defective and wanted me to exchange. Nope ... I moved onto something else and am happy I did.

With so many TV to choose from, I picked RCA because it was a smart TV. TV quality is alright for the price, however Opera software doesn't have much apps plus it is not as flexible as android to load in application from outside. I would have rather bought a external dongle to make TV smart.

Found the RCA online for $299 which I thought was an great price for this product, Best Buy matched the online price since it was not listed at the sale price. I currenly have 240hz Televisions in my home and decided to get this one for the Main Living area, Picture/sounds is nice. Was unable to program my cable box, so currently using 2 remotes to control the TV. Hopefully will be able to figure something out.

ITS AN OK TV. SLOW TO START UP AND A VERY TOUCHY REMOTE CONTROLLER.

Good picture and functions are fairly simple. Programming a remote can be a bit difficult and was unable to activate the Pandora feature

Liked TV Picture. Looks great. Only problem we had was trying to sync our FIOS remote with TV. Could not do it.

Bought it for my daughter as a christmas gift. I was offered a great price while in the store looking for a different brand. Setting it up was not an easy task. The remote control doesn't work very well.

Video is good and ease of use. Although the pandora feature did not work or the remote was not able to sync with universal overall its a good television for the price.

Great picture,good audio, good menu features, light weight, great value

This tv has great quality sound and video. Connecting to my home WiFi network was extremely simple. The integrated Netflix button is also extremely helpful. That's where this tv stops. The advertised youtube and pandora apps are not available. In fact, American apps other then Netflix is not supported as far as I have found out. If I hadn't been looking for an upgrade in size without smart tv functionality I would have returned this tv the day after I purchased it. When I went to the RCA website to register my tv in order to contact their support I found out the tv is not even able to be registered. If you are looking for a smart tv and customer support, do not buy RCA. If you want a good quality tv without needing smart tv functions then this tv is more expensive then you should be paying.

The TV works great can not find remote to work TV and cable box and DVD player all on the same remote

This is the best TV I have bought for price. I wish I could buy another. The only thing I don't like is the remote is bulky to me.

Good quality I was just looking for a quick replacement from a previously broken screen.

I liked that it was shipped in a separate box all the apps work great good picture ready to go out of the box

the instructions for set up were difficult to follow. the online manual in the tv is hard to find. customer support was weak. picture was good.

My cable remote will not program to the TV. And My Cable provider is Windstream
