One star because it was installed. The camera was facing the ground when I got in my car, everything in my dashboard was thrown over the seat and floor, and my back seat was left down. The tech seemed to be in a rush to lock up and leave for lunch I guess . Worst of all ever since it was installed my radio cuts off and on, never had that issue before I will not return to the Hover location.

But they took 4 hours to install a back up camera when they originally told me 2 or 2 and a half hours... But it works well

Technicians seemed annoyed that he had to work. He was rude and installed my camera too far back preventing my license plate cover to be on. There was more than enough room to bring it forward a half inch to allow for my already installed cover. Nothing about my interaction with the technician felt pleasant.

The install was [well] lets just say I could do better in fact I did redo it wire was wrapped around the frame and between gas tank . no protective shield just wire with tie wraps here and their very unprofessional. For what I was charged and how long it took I am very disappointed.

i ended up not getting this done but not having refunds on this service is so stupid bc now i’m out $160 for something i didn’t even have done.

The installer Molina rolled his eyes as if he didn’t want to be bothered and do his job when I told him that needed to be done

Had 2 appointments to get this camera installed. 1st time waited 3 hours and installer couldn't get to it, 2nd appt. Waited 2 1/2 hours for installing tech to tell us the camera, which we purchased from Best Buy,was defective. I am very upset that as senior citizens trying to increase our safety that @ 87 and 79 we were treated as though we were at fault!

It’s not a bad product for the price. I wish I was able to use the grid lines that came with it. But it was mounted too high. Overall works

Bought a back cam from amazon. Had Best Buy install it. The install was an oem look. The labor cost for install is a bit pricey

As a part of the Christmas gift for my grandson's new audio system in his Toyota pickup, a back-up camera was included. The installer did an excellent job with the camera kit, gave it a good location and it was subtle, as though it was part of the original equipment. It worked first time, and since. My grandson is pleased with his new system and the backup camera is an added bonus as he often carries dog crates when he goes hunting, limiting his rear view visibility. Couldn't ask for a better installation job.

They mounted a backup camera in the wrong location and used double sided tape to install it instead of screws so when it falls off I’m out 100 dollars for the camera and 125 dollars for the installation and your technician wasn’t willing to correct his bad work

The agents mounted it well but the adhesive came off and it would never stick and the product, Rexing dash cam stopped working after a year of use. Totally inferior product, would never recommend this product.

My review is not for the camera. It is for Geek Squad who I have been trying to get through to on the phone for over two weeks to setup an appointment to have it installed. I call the store and am put on hold. The longest I have stayed on hold is 30 minutes before giving up. This is ridiculous.

Good installation But broke a light and didn't replace, and took very long. 3 hrs

Returned to store did not use. Bad communication on line, was hassle could not get over seas Geek Squad to do anything right.

I purchased a vehicle back up camera online and paid for the installation at the same time. I later learned my hubby had purchased one already, so I attempted to cancel the order. I was able to cancel the camera and get a refund online, but there was no option to get a refund for the installation fee. I spent the next SEVERAL HOURS on website chat and on the phone being passed around to AT LEAST 6 PEOPLE and STILL WAS NOT ABLE to accomplish my goal of a refund!! I am now waiting for a call back sometime within the next 24 hours in hopes I will get my refund. I have not experienced this level of bad customer service EVER in my memory. Just want people to know before they choose installation with Best Buy!

Return on the installation is not processed. I have called several times and also asked a manager to help me. Total waste of time. Horrible customer service. I will never buy from Best Buy ever again

There were problems with my install and it required 3hrs to determine that the first installation appointment wouldn't succeed. However, Tyler remained professional and cool throughout the frustrating process. He has been very helpful in going beyond the minimum to make sure the resulting installation exceeds expectations. I will gladly have Tyler do any future installations needed on my vehicles.

Installation was professional.but price to do install was a little high
