Alarm could be louder. The adhesive on the contacts will not stick if surface isn’t completely clean. Then the contact is no longer any good. I love the Ring App and the ability to arm/disarm remotely.

The Ring Alarm is a DIY wireless security system made to be easy to setup and install in either an apartment or home. By purchasing the Ring Alarm you save time and resources by being able to install it yourself. The Ring Alarm is a no contract alarm system. We also offer the option for self monitoring or professional monitoring. The professional monitoring option starts at $10/month or $100/year.
All our devices do come with a limited one-year warranty, in which Ring will repair or replace any Ring products that malfunction due to defective parts or workmanship, at no charge to you. There is also an extended warranty available through our Ring Protect Plus Plan option.

Needed one more than it comes with. Added a Ring doorbell and compatible smoke/CO alarm to the setup to round out a great full featured alarm for under $400
