Great product, easy to install, only down fall here in warranty on the individual pieces. The key pad died and I have to return the entire set to replace one piece.

We love our alarm system. The built in eero makes it so that if covers our entire property. No issues. Breeze to set up. Awesome customer service. Definitely recommend.

Ring has been more than great for my household and pairing each of my devices has been quick and easy. This alarm is easy to install, affordable monthly plan and easy to use so that anyone can operate. My alexa devices are all paired seemlessly and is a great addition to any home.

The system works fantastic easy to self install and buying it online was super easy. The pick up too about two minutes. Definitely would buy again

Security system is easy to install . Schedule the alarm and easily access ring security from ring app works greats with Alexa voice commands to activate the Ala ram.

Easy for a woman near 60 to set up. Instructions were clear and precise. Cameras depict crisp pictures on the phone.

System is working well so far. Monitoring service and instructions are good. There should be more sensors in the package for the price. Wish the base device had a volume control to turn it up higher. Ring claims that neighbors can hear the alarm but I doubt that.

Ther Ring system is great in how it interacts with your phone. Able to set alerts and notifications, paired with a camera and it allows for piece of mind

I have owned Arlo, and other systems, but if you want a one shop system that includes cameras, sensors, and an old school keypad than your at the right place. Easy to setup and reasonable monthly fees

I've had several security systems and this is by far the BEST!! Flawless does not require additional costs unless you want to keep your recordings.

Added the alarm system to existing ring floodlights and ring doorbell camera. Super easy to install and set up on ring app. Customizable setting for home, away, and disarmed mode. Can control on your keypad or the ring app.

I already had a ring doorbell so I wanted to expand my home security and add some sensors. The set up was very easy. I plan on adding outdoor cameras next!

Good product! HOWEVER: sometimes the sensors do not work well, they will say “tampered” and then it’s basically useless. I wanted to swap out one for a new one because of this and they wouldn’t because it was a pet of a package deal, meaning I would need to return the whole system to replace once sensor. That’s really NOT practical or environmentally friendly. Very wasteful and cumbersome to deal with.

The door/window sensors assume the door is flush with the trim. In my Victorian house, the doors and windows trim is thick and the door or window inset. That being said, the sensor still worked although a bit offset (guess it was less than 1”). Otherwise I’m happy with the system. Had a bit of a problem with the initial setup. The help person was super patient and helpful.

So far so good. Our installer Eddie Franco from Best Buy Geek Squad arrived on time. He installed the Ring Security system with minimal difficulty and we now are using the system. We feel secure in knowing it was done right.

Super easy to set up and configure in the Ring app and works well so long as you follow the instructions and make sure you set up one sensor at a time as they are using the Z-Wave protocol.

Works great and very easy to setup. Once registering the base, all you do is pull the tabs on the sensors and it automatically connects

I’ve never had a security system before so for this being my first time it was very convenient and easy to put up and figure out. Works very well and there’s options on the sensitivity that I like so it’s not going off every time my dogs go outside.
