Love this new video doorbell to head to tell view is really nice. Would recommend this as a better option to the old one.

Although I love my ring video doorbell, it has one huge drawback. The battery cannot be removed. This is a pretty big deal because you have to remove the entire doorbell and in the back plug in the USB charger. That means you are without the doorbell for about 6 to 10 hours depending on how low the battery is. This seems to be something that is pretty evasive when asking for information to tell you how easy it is to charge the battery by just removing the entire doorbell. Previous versions and also my ring stick up cams. I always have battery on standby so I can swap it out when the battery goes low. This is a huge drawback, especially if it goes low while you happen to be traveling.

I was able to catch a package thief twice and I love that I can view my home from a far.

I love Ring devices. I bought this one to be a "floater" in the house so I can move it wherever I want and have no worries about finding a plug.

I recommend the ring doorbell the video/audio is perfect! I feel better knowing I have a camera protecting my house!

I am writing this review in hopes that someone at a corporate level will finally address what has been an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I purchased a Ring doorbell camera from Best Buy approximately one year ago. The item was never delivered. FedEx confirmed that the package was damaged in transit and therefore could not be delivered. This was documented on their end. Despite never receiving the product, I am still being charged and held responsible for it. When I contacted Best Buy customer service, I was routed to an international call center and informed that nothing could be done because I reported the issue “too late” — roughly two months after the purchase. However, this policy makes no sense in my situation, as I cannot return or troubleshoot an item that never arrived in the first place. To be clear: • I paid for a product • FedEx damaged and failed to deliver the product • I received no item, no refund, and no replacement • Customer service refused to assist despite proof from the carrier I am now left paying for a product that I do not possess and never had the chance to receive. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a complete failure in customer care and responsibility. I am requesting that this issue be reviewed at a corporate level so that the appropriate correction can be made. Consumers should not be financially penalized for shipping failures outside of their control. I hope this review prompts someone from Best Buy leadership to finally intervene and resolve this matter properly.

I feel a lot safer and secure with my Ring Doorbell. Nit inly for my safety but also the safety of my nearby neighbors

I saw a lot of bad reviews on TikTok about ring, but I still decided to go with the most known doorbell cam out there. It was very easy to install, and easy to use as well. When you 1st set it up, you’ll get a month free of the app and its features before you have to pay for the subscription and there are affordable options to choose from. I also like that there are great neighborhood notifications, when set properly, that will keep you in the know of what’s happening around you. My only wish is that it would connect to other brands for security concerns. I chose the bronze finish and it is beautiful. The videos are clear at night just as they are during the day. LOVE THAT. I recommend purchasing a door mount that is renter friendly and also easy to set up.
