So easy to add just one more camera

Easy to add and easy set up and glad I didn't move the one because I still need that location covered.

Wish it were a little less expensive and the battery lasted longer (any battery lasted longer), but it is what it is.

It sounds like the device is not performing as intended. For faster charging, we recommend using the Ring Charging Station. You can quickly recharge one or two Ring Quick Release Battery Packs at once with the Ring Charging Station. The Ring Charging Station is compact in size, plugs into a standard outlet and fully charges both your batteries nearly twice as fast than with a Micro USB cord alone. Simply slide batteries in and the indicator light will let you know when they’re fully charged and good to go.

it’s doing the job

It sounds like you have some concerns with your device's motion detection at night. If your device appears to be missing a lot of motion, you may want to check the motion frequency setting. The motion frequency control allows you to reduce alerts from repetitive patterns of motion or increase alerts so you get notified about the motion events that matter to you.
Follow these steps to adjust the motion frequency:
Tap the menu (≡) on the top left of the Dashboard.
Tap Devices.
Select the device you'd like to adjust.
Tap Motion Settings.
Tap Advanced Settings.
Tap Motion Frequency.
Select Frequently, Regularly or Periodically.
Frequently: Motion detection always stays active. Shortest battery life.
Regularly: Motion detection takes a short break after each Motion Alert. Medium battery life.
Periodically: Motion detection takes a longer break after each alert. Maximum battery life.
Tap Save in the upper-right corner.
