I bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday. Installation was a breeze thanks to clear instructions, parts and even a screwdriver in the box! The very next day she already caught curious activity by alerts to her mobile and the ability to watch the video and interact via the 2-way audio. Picture clarity is wonderful, even at night. Adapter for the existing home door-chime works great as well! Now I want one!!!!

I was a little hesitant with purchasing the Ring doorbell but I’m so glad that I did! The installation was simple and easy. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

Great product. I bought this version so I didnt have to deal with changing a battery. Ive had this over 2 years and it continues to work perfectly. I dont like that you have to pay for keeping recordings, but understand there is a cost to data. I would prefer if they would give the option to record the data to your own computer hardrive in lieu paying $3 a month

Absolutely one of the best purchases I ever made. Bought this one for my mother's house. I have become a pro at installing these; the included instructions were fairly good but online videos were more helpful. I have a different home security monitoring system (Arlo) but I prefer the Ring doorbell because I like the Neighborhood functionality.

I am really happy with the Ring Doorbell Pro. It has been pretty easy to set up. It has also really helped me out with my cleaners and with package deliveries. I can see who is at the door when they ring the doorbell. I can talk to them when I actually can get to my phone in time. One thing I suggest is that you make sure that your wireless router is on the newer side so that you have enough bandwidth to stream the video when you pick up.

Cannot stress how much this product, and the accompanying subscription fee for storage, meets and exceeds expectations! Easy to install, setup, and defining motion zones. Not a lot of false positives either. Only thing is if you are installing a wedge mount to angle the doorbell so the Ring does not face a wall, be sure to NOT use the template that comes with the Ring doorbell but to base it off of the wedge you are using.

My husband and I purchased this and we love it! You can view the camera live or have it record when it detects motion. It puts our minds at ease. Definitely worth the purchase!

I like that more than one phone can be connected. The video is nice and clear. When the door bell is pressed the video doesn't come up automatically, by the time I have the video up the people have walked away. The purpose for me to have the Ring video was to be able to decide if I want to answer the door or not (if solicitor.) I wish the video connection response time was faster.

This is a great device! I wish i would have gotten one years ago. So far in just a month it has helped me track down packages where UPS placed them in weird spots. I was able view the video and see that he put packages down by the garage instead of the porch. I loved so much i have added additional ring devices and gave for xmas presents!

I own an August lock and was originally going to buy the August doorbell in order to have everything within one ecosystem. Unfortunately, my August bell did not work and had to be returned, but I was determined to have a smart bell that day when I was setting everything up with my door. During the Black Friday sales, Best Buy had the first model Ring on sale for $99. I started comparing the 3 different models and how they compared to the August bell as well. The smaller footprint of the Ring Pro was a nice draw since it's not as apparent and looks a bit more like a traditional doorbell. The higher quality camera was a bonus, and the fact that it did infrared vision at night rather than the spotlight LED of the August bell was also a nice feature. Living on the curve of my block, my doorbell faces the street. The fact that the Ring Pro allows me to designate alert zones is a tremendous help since I've been able to create zones for my lawn and my door for triggers without getting alerted for every car that drives down the street or person that walks their dog on the sidewalk. Lastly, our door does not have a peephole, so being able to get the alerts and get a live view of my door when it's rung is unbelievably handy. Working from home, there's been a noticeable increase in the number of solicitors I notice knocking on my door, so being able to screen the door and know whether it's worth walking downstairs to answer the door is worthwhile or not. An absolute recommendation if you're looking to upgrade to a smart doorbell :)

Easy installation and good customer support, if needed. Works great and easily accessible. The trick is to be on WiFi since otherwise communication through 4G or LTE is slow.

I upgraded my doorbell and could not be happier. Not only is it stylish but the added protection is great. The camera is clear. The neighbor hood alerts on the app is awesome

Purchased for our elderly parents. Easy to install. Had to buy an extra piece off of Amazon so that it could be mounted on their older home. Works well and gives us peace of mind knowing we can monitor their door. My FIL, a Parkinson’s patient, needs additional monitoring. He left the house once and this alerted us to his movement.

I installed the Ring Video Pro door bell the other day and so far I really like it. It tells me when there is motion in my driveway and I can check what’s going on anytime.

Love my ring. Now I know when my packages are delivered because some delivery companies don’t knock or ring the doorbell. Has a pretty good quality video and sound. One draw back night time video capture is not great. Video goes to black and white and doesn’t have the distance unless you have really good lighting. Easy install if your a handy person.

The device is relatively easy to install, I had problems with old wiring in my home but that is not the devices fault. I received excellent technical support to get it online. It is very sensitive which is great for most people but my house is fairly close to the street, a busy one, so I get alerted a lot. Again, not the devices fault.

Amazing quality! Looks amazing and very modern, high quality and easy install. Only downside is a very slight 2 second delay of the motion detection to alert notification.

I don't know why we didn't just buy this sooner. It is amazing. Clear videos and amazing quality. I don't know how other people have trouble with the sound. I can hear everything perfectly from my phone and we can hear each other from the doorbell. My husband spoke with someone who came to our door through the door bell and didn't have a problem. Easy installation. We had no problems. Worked right away. Got it installed and running perfectly in about 20 to 30 mins. We will be buying more products from this company because we are so pleased with it. Already recommended to coworkers and some even went out to get one.

The sound and video quality is great. It was easy to install and the monthly $3 subscription is worth staying connected to other neighbors with a Ring doorbell. I love it.
