Great product! Setup was very easy. Essentially plug n' play. All of my equipment was in the database (including my older Bose Surround System). Great having total control of all my devices in the palm of my hand. As a bonus, it turned that older Bose system into a rockin' Bluetooth Audio system! Excellent all around!

Goodbye to one more remote and hello to using a device that I have with me all the time. This product works like a charm and is easy to configure. When I needed a product not on the list...a few days later, it was added. I recommend this to all who don't need one more device in their home and want to set up their systems as they choose.

Totally Awesome!! Had a question in regard to setup. With only email available as an option, I expected to wait forever or never get a response like most companies. I got a reply back within minutes! I'm in the service industry and I don't know how they could possibly give such great response times. These guys are great! The product is really versatile and pretty easy to set up. I like that it works with Apple Watch. This is the first rev and it's a new product, so hopefully we can expect some better graphics and some added versatility of the interface on the watch in future updates to the app, but I've owned a LOT of "Universal Remote/App based" technology and this is the best I've seen so far! Congrats on a great product and great service Blumoo!!

This remote app and device works very well with my iPhone 5S, Samsung TV, Apple TV, and Bose CineMate. It simplified my setup so that I could hide many of my devices, including the Bose module and Apple TV.

I was surprised how small the actual unit is. After the basic setup it is a little time consuming to do customized settings but it is well worth it. NOW I truly have a universal remote and much more. Streaming music is great add on. The model sold at BestBuy has an additional IR extender that make things even better.

Easy to pair with devices and customize. A lot better then Harmony that I could not pair when I upgraded my TV and receiver

I purchased this remote to replace an older broken Logitech. The functionality and user interface is great. I had a question for support, and it was answered within 24 hours. I use this device to watch movies, Directv, Netflix and listening to music. It has bluetooth capability to allow you to stream music using a cable connecting the device to an available port on your receiver. This product will only get better, but as is this is a tremendous buy.

After trying out one of these, I actually ordered a second. I use one system for my in-ceiling speakers throughout my bedrooms. I use the second for my garage system. The ability to control the volume, music, and full remote control from my phone is extremely handy for whole home audio control. I initially had a few app problems but after an update things have worked great. Definitely recommend buying this product!

Had been looking for a Universal Remote and found this. I appreciate that I can have the ability to use my phone or tablet to control remotes. My model of home theater was not listed and support was able to provide codes for it within 3 days which is pretty impressive.

This item works great! Set up was super easy and after a few clicks I was ready to use my Blumoo on my devices. I even set up a few customer remote layouts for my different devices as one device needed more or less buttons than the other. Also being able to move the buttons anywhere in the screen is a plus too. I was kinda afraid because everywhere its listed that only the Music streaming feature works up-to 150 feet but that is not true, as long as the bluemoo is facing your devices and it has IR signal, you and your phone/tablet can be anywhere within the 150 feet range, basically as long as you have bluetooth connection with the bluemoo, it'll work. I can be upstairs, downstairs or even right in next to the unit and it'll work. The only downside to this- is the design; that cord that is connected to the unit is heavy for it. So I had to double stick it to the table or else it would just flip over. But overall love it

This device will not control a PS3 or PS4 without the purchase of an additional kit from Blumoo. Their website states that "no IR adapter can turn on/off a PS3". This is untrue. I bought this Blumoo to replace an aging Logitech Harmony remote that I've had for about 8 years. And for 8 years I've been enjoying complete control of my PS3 with my Logitech Harmony adapter. You would think that the Blumoo Bluetooth device would control a Bluetooth-enabled device such as a PS3. I'll be returning the Bluetooth and staying with Logitech. Shame how they want to call it the ultimate universal remote control.... Maybe they should add the tagline "that is, if you buy the additional accessories". With that said, it seems to work fine for the tv, stereo, and dvr box. But for those of us using a PS3 or 4 as a gaming system or bluray player, look into this for yourself.

I have a DVR and a Blue Ray player in a closet behind my fireplace where my TV is mounted. I was using a different infrared repeater but my DVR remote was not strong enough to control the DVR. I would have to walk to the middle of the room to change channels or control the guide. The Blumoo remote solved these issues completely! I also love the integrated TV glide in the Blumoo remote on my IPad mini.

The setup seemed simple. I was able to connect to the Blumoo device and the majority of my equipment seemed to be under the control of the Blumoo. Then an update happened. During a download/update of the Blumoo, the software/update/whatever it was froze my main remote device (Samsung Tablet) causing it to not respond to any command. After ten minutes of nothing, I ended up restarting the tablet to get it going again. Since then, I have been completely unable to connect to the Blumoo. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, turned the tablet bluetooth on and off repeatedly, tried to scan for the Blumoo device over and over again, the list goes on. Hours of wasted time. What a piece of garbage. Its own update wreaks havoc with the unit. I now have a $100 paperweight. Avoid this piece of junk and buy a good universal remote from Logitech. I am going back to mine.

So I have both IOS and Android devices in my home. I set this up on an IPAD air 2 and an amazon echo. the voice integration worked but only for buttons setup in the Voice Remote. I was never able to get the device to use voice to change channels or get channel program info. only an error message from echo that there was a problem linking to the skill. The application on my android devices worked until I installed the IOS app and set the devices to share remotes. Than the Android app crashed and forced closed. It would not open again. Uninstall and reinstall only produced the same results unless I turned of the "Sharing" feature. Defeats the purpose of that feature if it does not work cross platform. This may work well in an IOS only environment, but I was not able to get the best features working even after uninstalling all the android versions of the app. I wasted over 10 hours trying to make this work. The reason I bought this was for voice integration with being able to get program info. My current system is a Logitech Hub with Anymote and Yonomi running on an old Samsung phone with an IR blaster. They work great. I can say "Alexa, ask Anymote for channel two hundred and five"; "Alexa, turn on CBS" or "Alexa, turn everything off" and it works. Easy to setup and took very little time or effort.
