One of the worst products I have ever purchased at Best Buy. The only directions were in pictures and were not understandable. Then you have to log on to their site to register and watch tutorials to find out how to sync with phone. Again, tutorials weren’t clear so I thought I would just call them since I wasn’t having any luck trying to get them to work. To my surprise, I found a statement that read, “we do not offer tech support for our products”. After that, threw it all in a bag and returned it to BB for refund.

I bought these ear buds after reading reviews online on how good they were and they have let me down. The case won’t hold a charge and the buds themselves only lasted an hour. Not worth wasting your money on.

I purchased these as an alternative to AirPods. They were no where near as good. I ended up paying the money for the AirPods and it was well worth it.

This headphones sucks. Since the day one they get disconnect automatic while I'm using them. It was waste of money.

Product didn’t last very long at all. Left ear would not work sounds but again.

We returned these. My son Did not like them at all. Said sound wasn’t good.

I brought one for myself and my wife, both pair would only play on one side.

Very uncomfortable wear, lost connection often....

I liked these at first, fit great, good sound, and I loved how many uses I could get out of the charger without having to recharge it. However, people complain about not being able to hear me on the phone with them connected. Then, a few weeks after having them, I started to realize that they were connecting to my phones Bluetooth from the charging case and draining the battery! I would go to answer my phone and not realize that they were connected therefore I couldn’t hear the other person and they couldn’t hear me. I tried just having my Bluetooth turned off on my phone, but I would then go to use the headphones and the charging case and the headphones would be dead. I don’t know if this is a problem with the product in general or just mine, but It doesn’t make me love the product!

They're a pain to pair. Controls are terrible. The sound sucks. The little rubber rings fall off easily (not the earbud piece but the other thing). They fit into their case poorly. I hate everything about them.

I purchased these last week and have had nothing but trouble connecting to an iPhone 8 (ios 12.1.1). When they did connect they were fine, but I had to reset them several times to get to “perfectly fine.” Maybe I was doing something wrong; however, when an earbud company feels it necessary to have videos on YouTube how to use something that should be intuitive, you decide. I got sucked in by the price. If you think you have the patience, moxie, and skills to do what few have accomplished, go forth.

Sound: Great bass! Fit. Only for office use, cannot use this for working out running or walking, will pop off, nothing to hold them. Connection: You'll have to re-pair them just about every time you take them out of the box Charge: The wireless charger that comes with it is the only charger that works with them. Any other QI charger doesn't recognize them

I will never buy another rowkin product again. Time after time I tried to use these headphones I would always get the "low battery" voice prompt. These headphones are garbage. The charging case is terrible, the headphones do not always properly seat where they are supposed to unless you surgically implant them in. Constantly causing charging issues even if the case is fully charged. Even after manually shutting them off and placing them in the case more often then not when trying to correctly place them on the charging ports they will turn themselves back on and you wont know it unless you constantly check to see if they are connected to your phone. Wasted $140 on these headphones and will never purchase another product from them again. I guess I'll have to wait until some competent company makes some actually useful true wireless headphones. These are now sitting in my trash can because that's what I think of them.

I didn't even leave the parking lot before I returned these. Fitment was terrible, and I couldn't get my phone to recognize them. You had to really fiddle with them to seat in the case. I can't even comment on the sound, because I didn't even get that far. I had hopes for these due to online videos and reviews. I've never been as disappointed as I was with these.
