Microwave works as nice as it looks. Very quiet well running but fan is loud.

So far it works well. Very quiet compared to last one i had from diff company. Nice fearures night light. Roomy inside like the interior. Was easy for my son to install. Hopefully it will last a good amount of years.

Needed to replace a 20 year old microwave. This was the perfect replacement, not to small and not too big. Has the functions we need. It’s not top of the line but does the job.

We purchased this with the open box discount. It had a few minor dings but nothing of any significance. Love the color. Works great. Great appliance for an even better price!

I purchased this microwave to replace my 36 inch over the range. I found side panels from another site to fill in the gap. The microwave is not as strong as my other one, so it takes a few seconds more to warm things up. Additionally, the plate did not lay level on the turntable. I ended up using the plate from my previous microwave to fix this problem. Finally, the door is hard to open. I love the dark finish on the inside and it's a breeze to clean. This was the strongest microwave I could find at this size and price point so it was a good fit for me.

I just had this microwave installed and it performs exactly as expected and was a great value. Installation was a little more than expected but that is because they were replacing a hood and not a microwave.

I was worried that it would be difficult to install, but with an extra set of hands, this was up in a matter of 45 minutes. Great microwave with internal shelf. Lots of space

Our Microwave quit after 15 years, in the morning with guest coming to stay later in the day. Best Buy had just the answer. This Samsung microwave is an excellent product, works great, with many nice features.

I have owned a number of microwaves in my life and none of them were as quiet as this one. It also does a really nice job of heating evenly. I would have to say it is the best microwave I have owned in my life.

I had a Samsung in the past and was happy with it. I purchased this one which was very similar to my last. However, whenever I cook anything for any amount of time, I get a condensation pattern on the inside of the door. I dont recall ever getting condensation like this before and no matter how many times I clean it, still comes back in the same pattern. Also, the protective skin over the Enter/Start touch key is wrinkled up. I'm actually wondering if this is a product someone else returned and was sold to me as new. Very unhappy since it is installed and I can't just take it off the counter and return it.

The microwave is very nice and easy to use. It was difficult to hang so I would recommend having Best Buy install it when they deliver it. Our package was missing the screws and we had to order them online so took a while to get it installed.

Replaced an older model from another manufacturer and a lot happier with Samsung

Our old LG was dying. Went to Best Buy, as always. Decided to finish our Samsung kitchen. This was just what we needed. The price was fair and delivery and installation were to notch. We're very pleased.
