Love this freezer! It takes up a small space in my laundry room since it is vertical. I can reach and see everything and it holds ALOT of items. The drawers are wonderful. The freezer is so quiet that I have opened it just to make sure it's working! I bought this so that I could keep a stock of our favorite items that seem to not be in stock all the time anymore, you all know what I mean. Well worth the price, as it can also be converted to a refrigerator if you want AND it is auto defrost. Highly recommend!

This was a great buy. It's a little more on the expensive side but worth it. Compact and has lots of room for the extra stuff that doesn't fit into our regular refrigerator. Didn't need a full-size upright freezer. I like that it can convert into a refrigerator also. Haven't used that function yet but it's a nice function to have. Motor is really quiet. Overall, love it so far but only have had it for less than a month.

We have had this freezer for one year, and so far so good! We bought this to freeze meats for long-term storage since they last longer in colder temperatures, and at -8, they do very well! I repackage store-bought meats and sort them in the "deep" drawers provided. Plenty of door space exists for butter/bacon and other smaller items. It is much easier to access and organize than my old freezer! It fits in our tiny apartment laundry room with plenty of room. The size is perfection! Whisper quiet! It cannot be heard from the laundry room when the door is open or shut. Our neighbor bought one, and we were so impressed that we bought one too.

Great freezer for my garage- garage-ready, upright, frost-free, compact, combination of sturdy glass shelves and plastic bins/drawers, a few door pockets, & digital temperature controls. Can be used as EITHER a refrigerator or freezer. Very pleased with the quality and features this freezer !!

The Samsung Upright freezer takes very little floor space, but packs a lot of food. The shelves and bins make loading and finding food very easy. We love the quiet operation and stainless look.

So happy with this freezer! I bought it for my husband's birthday present. He is a big time smoothie person. He always wanted to have a freezer. I looked up a chest freezer first. But my coworkers told me chest freezer has a lot of issues. Plus, when I saw those in the store, design and color wouldn't match with my kitchen. When I received this upright freezer, I was surprised. it was waaaay nicer than I expected it would be. Not only was it sleek pretty outside but also spacious inside. Way spcious than the pictures on the website. Big drawers make easy to organize and find foods! I can switch to refrigerator to change the temperature. It has different settings. We are enjoying our freezer so much.

This is an excellent product, it is beautiful to look at and you cannot even tell it is running, it is energy star, only uses aprox.$43 a year in electricity, has four pullout drawers, 3 shelves and door storage that will hold things like frozen juice.the delivery people best buy used were the best we have ever had, Gilber and Oscar were outstanding, would not hesitate to order from best buy again.a big plus is this freezer doubles as a refrigerator with a push of a button you can convert the entire unit to a refrigerator.

Item was easy to setup, quick to get cold and has been performing very well so far. While it is not the largest stand up freezer there is, it is the perfect size for a small family. It also blends very well with our other stainless steel appliances even though ut technically is not stainless steel.

6 weeks in and these are great! purchased three of them to use side by side by side and they look great. Friends who have seen them comment things like 'can't hide money', and I just chuckle. They look built in, but cost a fraction of the price. Wanted them because they are convertible from fridge to freezer, are counter depth (for built in look), and we've had good experiences with our first Samsung fridge. Speaking of which, we kept it because it has an ice maker and these don't, which is a potential downside depending on how much you like ice.

I was looking for a freezer that would fit in a small alcove in my garage that wasn't tiny. This is perfect, it is really thin but at 11 cu ft, it actually stores a decent amount of food. One of the features that I like, but really haven't used, is the ability for the freezer to convert to a fridge. It really is versatile depending on your needs. Ever since installing the freezer, I haven't really found a large increase in my power bill so that "Energy Star" rating has some credibility. Being in Florida, my garage is definitely not the ideal environment for a freezer. It is hot and humid. However, this freezer has been quite a performer and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a freezer in the garage.

Absolutely love this appliance. It replaces a chest freezer and is perfect. It is slim and fits a smaller space but holds so much. We do a lot of cooking so to store frozen foods is essential. The drawers and shelving can handle anything large or small very well! And- it’s beautiful!

This freezer is amazing. Occupies very little room, beautifully designed and very spacious. I love how i can alternate between fredge and freezer as i need it. This was a great purchase and would definitely recommend getting one.

Bought it as a freezer. So far its working good. Was able to organize frozen foods nicely. The buttons were a bit confusing, but I figured out you need to push the unlock button to first to change the settings. Also, has a deep freeze setting that lowers the temperature faster when changing it to a freezer.

I am enjoying the Samsung 11.4 cu ft freezer. Being an upright with various shelves and drawers it has made keeping our frozen food easily organized. It is probably the nicest looking thing in our garage (sorry cars). Despite the summer heat it continues to keep food frozen. The other feature which I have not yet tried is the ability to switch it over to a refrigerator. This will likely be something I try the next time I have a large gathering.

Great Fridge/Freezer. Wife and I survived two weeks in fridge mode while waiting for our new Friday to be delivered. Temperature was accurate and has plenty of space inside and out. The footprint fit in our laundry room perfectly. When we changed to Freezer mode easily. Very easy to change modes and everything works as advertised. One thing that is a little concerning is hight from top of glass to bottom of upper drawer is tight. The space between the top of a bottle of regular size Starbucks Frappuccino is about 1/4" inch you can't just grab and go you have to pull it out slowly as any tilt will cause it to wedge itself. With that said I really like it.

This was mostly for my wife, we looked at a few other fridge only options and this was her preferred choice for mostly drinks and extra produce. Capacity is more than we thought it'd be and it is really sleek. It's pretty quiet, but there is the occasional increase in volume. For the most part I don't hear it. Also, not sure if the back is where the heat discharges also, but the left side, when facing the fridge, gets really warm if covered, so we had to make sure there was enough space on that side to vent.
