But that's not the MW's fault. I'm inclined to keep it and just not fully open that door since I doo really like the MW. She who thinks she must be obeyed hs not weighed in fully on this though so that could change. Like all Black stainless Samsung products the look and finish is beautiful and it nukes stuff quickly.

Good fit but no manual included

The installation fee was quite high so i decided to install myself. I was able to do it using the install guide that came with the unit. But there was no operating manual in the box. I had to look up online to get to operate the microwave. The ‘buttons’ gets activated by mistake while wiping /cleaning the unit. It does not have a handle, which sometimes becomes a challenge for our visitors. I’ve had it for 6 months now, but no problems so far.

It says it’s fingerprint resistant but it’s not. It seems to work okay but while running it sounds like there is a clanking noise. It seems to come from the plate turning. Looks really nice but you do have to wipe off fingerprints. Which is disappointing for a $450 microwave.

Works great love the list of options right on the inside of the door. The other two items arrived damaged and they had to come back for the install of the DW because they did not know to just remove a 1"x2"x6" piece of retaining wood under counter
