Pros Great design All touch screen Huge space inside Quiet door close as compared to others Cons Huge door not always convenient wen in the run No one button quick heat option like my cheaper 30$ microwave has. Even if you select the options from the list makes it too hot , not a good happy medium in this.

This microwave is awesome. As described, it's big and seems to cook everything perfectly. Because I'm short, I especially like the display - it's on the bottom edge and very easy to read. I also really like not having the handle on the front of the micro - I think it looks so sleek and you don't see all the fingerprints. It is larger than the micro I had previously; I hit my head a couple of times but NOW I've got it down - and the learning experience was worth having this top of the line microwave! I absolutely love this microwave!

This is the best microwave I have ever had. I love the power and how big it is. It cooks and heats up food very fast. I love the black stainless it very attractive in my kitchen and matches my stove to a T.

It is a perfect fit with all the other new appliances. Happy the front handle is gone, making for a better look. Yes it works well.

This thing is sleek and makes the kitchen look clean with its display. It is feature packed and powerful. Looks great in my kitchen.

Installation was standard. The unit cooks food better than our last unit. The unit is quiet and has led lights underneath which we like. The fan is a little quieter than our last unit but still loud. The only thing that I find I wish would work better are the buttons. Either you have to press them a certain way or certain pressure or with dry finger, the touchpad doesn’t work to my liking. You should be able to touch a button and have a response.

Purchased this microwave during a kitchen renovation. Thought it was going to be a waste as the other microwave was fine. Well I hate to say it, but my wife was right again! Samsung has really done a nice job with the looks and the features on this model. When it is operating you can barely hear it. The under lights are bright LED and the fan actually draws the air in, not just making a lot of noise. Well worth the price in my mind.

I had a previous Samsung microwave before so it made it very easy to install. It works and looks great!

This microwave is modern and stylish with spacious interior and many cooking options. Love its finish - black stainless steel and that it does not have a handle in the front. However, it is NOT fingerprint-resistant. Hopefully, it will continue to work fine and its finish will not peel off.

The style attracted me to this microwave. It has no door handle and the touchpad across the bottom gives it a clean look. It works great. I like the extra settings like soften butter. Sensor cooking works well, especially popcorn. I even made a birthday cake in it as our new range hadn't been delivered yet on my husband's birthday. I'm glad this unit was on display at the store as the pictures don't do it justice.
