    The product itself looked good but I can’t attest to how it works because it arrived extremely damaged. Since it is an open box item in like new condition, they could not send me a replacement so I have to go through the hassle of returning it to get a refund.

    Samsung warranty company is a joke

    I just wanna let people know that when u buy a Samsung appliance, and it get damage under the Samsung warranty is a joke!!! I got a microwave 6 months ago, for some reason the microwave stop working, I call Samsung to repair the unit and they send a technician to try and fix it, he couldn't fix it, so they order more parts and send another technician to try and fix it, he couldn't fix it either. Now they wanna order more parts to try and fix it a third time, I don't know if Samsung has in mine that we all have to work to make money and no be taking off for them to try and error their products problems on our work time. I never had this problem with anything of Samsung but for the first time I'm very disappointed, so i don't recommend Samsung to anyone else anymore.

    -Only purchased to match other appliances. -No convection option -No wifi (which means setting the clock through a terrible menu) -Showed up with bubbles under the black part of the door glass and I am still trying to get a replacement unit -Don't waste your time calling Samsung they are useless

    I have nothing good to say about it. Besides being the loudest microwave I've had in 30 years of my life the stupid touch screen is not illuminated. You can't see the buttons. Its either not working or the dumbest design ever. The engineers should be fired and the designers laid off.

    Brought this on Black Friday have to wait until 12/31 for delivery got it installed the florist week of January, 3 weeks later the microwave stopped working still waiting for a reply from Samsung, very disappointed with this microwave

    We are having someone from Samsung come over to check out the microwave under warranty because it doesn’t not heat well at all and sounds funny when working. We spent an extra money to have it installed too.

    Was working fine and stopped heating up food after less than 1 month. It running but the food is not warm or anything. I am very disappointed.

    I installed it myself, and installation was relatively easy. Instructions for changing the fan configuration from top vent to front bent were easy to follow. The microwave looks somewhat futuristic with the hidden handle and buttons incorporated into the face. We've had guests comment on it. It does still show some fingerprints, even though it's supposed to be fingerprint resistant. It works as anticipated, with the exception of the soften butter feature. That seems to melt the butter rather than soften it, sometimes to the point of exploding it.

    I got this to match my fridge and stove and I have to say this particular piece is my favorite. It looks great, does a great job of heating and is fairly quiet. The controls are easy, it feels well built, closing the door feels solid and it’s also very easy to clean. If I had to find a negative, I would say the light under the oven isn’t as bright as I would like but that’s just not picking.

    This model was not stocked at my local store, so it had to be shipped in. Everything was great with Best Buy. Only took a few days for the unit to be shipped to my local store and I picked it up without any issues. Store personnel were great. We've only had the unit installed for a couple of days, and so far so good. We are satisfied with the unit and it's functions. My issue is the Samsung engineers' lack of understanding. This is an under cabinet microwave, which by implication means it is mounted under a cabinet. Or so I thought. On page 13 of the installation instructions which covers installing a charcoal filter for the recirculating air vent, there are screws that need to be removed and then replaced. Below is the section for installing the charcoal filter: B2. INSTALLING THE CHARCOAL FILTER 1. Remove the screws on the top of the grill using a #1 Phillips screwdriver. 2. Open the door. 3. Remove the grill. • Push the grill left, and then pull the grill straight off. 4. Install the charocal filter. When properly installed, the wire mesh of the filter should be visible from the front. 5. Reinstall the grille and the screws. 6. Close the door. Here's the problem. That procedure is performed before the unit is installed under the cabinet and the screws are located about 2.5 inches from the front of the microwave. After the unit is installed, the screws are no longer accessible. This means for a normal routine maintenance procedure, the bolts holding the microwave to the cabinet have to loosened enough to be able to tilt the unit far enough to expose the screws allowing the grill removal and the charcoal filter cleaning or replacement. What were they thinking?
