This fridge is awesome its great quality and has tons of room the only thing I would say is I wish theyre was one more shelve on the upper right of fridge but I might look into buying one otherwise its perfect.

In a few words I can honestly say this is the perfect refrigerator ever. It is very spacious. It has so much room we don’t know what to do with the leftover extra space. It enables you to organize all your foods and drinks very well. Overall we love it.

This fridge looks great in our kitchen with the rest of the matching appliances. I love the middle drawer for drinks. The shelves inside and on the door are a bit odd in shape (fitting around the ice maker) but so far it's working well.

Love my 4 Door French refrigerator! Especially love the FlexZone drawer as it holds so much that I need at a moments notice. The freezer with the draw on top allows me to keep a great deal of food very organized in the freezer.

Great value! This fridge has a lot of room & runs quite silently which are 2 very important factors for me. It is definitely print resistant & any grime wipes away easily & doesn’t leave any “swear wipes” behind.

I love this fridge! Freezer is spacious and easy to organize. The fidge is easy to organize. The only drawback is the small door tray that goes near the ice maker. It's too narrow to use.

Love our new Samsung fridge. We had a similar size for our old fridge but our new Samsung is much better designed and some how fit more food. The compartment layout was great. Installation by Best Buy was right on despite not been in easy 2nd story kitchen location.

Bought this product back in May....long story short, I am now on my 3rd unit. The first was swapped after 5 days because the freezer wasn't keeping temperature. The second, I just received notice from Samsung that it is unrepairable, We noticed there was condensation over everything and our food was getting moldy quickly. After some investigation, the unit was blowing 84 degree air out the back vents (see pic). These temperature swings caused everything to have condensation. In order to keep the food cold, I need to set the refrigerator to the lowest setting. The tech said the inside temp was 8-10 degrees above the setting.
The worst part is dealing with Samsung support. It has been a week and they said they are still reviewing my issue, despite the fact that the tech got confirmation it was unrepairable. Now I get to wait 2-3 more weeks to get another. I requested another but they said since Best Buy swapped it, they didn't have a record of it so they couldn't count that as a failure.
The unit itself was ok, but if it doesn't keep a constant temperature, what good is it? At least the fingerprint resistant finish is nice.

Love it! Plenty of room. Where the space is limited in the left side I keep small bottles and they fit perfectly. Fridge is beautiful and I love the flex zone. Ice machine works well. Fits beautifully in the space. Thought it would stick out more but happy it doesn’t.

I recently purchased a refrigerator online. The following day, I reached out to the outlet store to inquire about the condition of the appliance. When I called, I was directed to a call center, where I was informed that outlet stores do not have a front desk to assist customers directly. Instead, I was advised to visit the store in person to inspect the refrigerator myself.
Although the store is 22 miles from my residence, I decided the trip was worthwhile given the price I paid and the listing description. Upon arrival, my wife and I, along with the salesperson, thoroughly inspected the refrigerator and finalized the purchase.
A few days later, the refrigerator was delivered to my home, but it was not in the same condition as it was in the store. It had two additional large dents, as well as a third dent on the Samsung logo. Additionally, the second "S" in the Samsung logo fell off when the delivery team placed the refrigerator in my kitchen.
I spoke with the installer, who advised me to contact Best Buy for assistance. I called Best Buy's customer service line at 1-888-237-8289 and was told that I would need to visit the store in person to address the issue. This would require a 44-mile round trip.
I purchased an extended warranty for this refrigerator and, overall, I really like the appliance. However, this has been a frustrating experience. If not for the competitive price of the refrigerator, I likely would not have pursued a purchase through the outlet store.
