Loving this oven! Looks great in the kitchen and amazing features!

We bought the oven from pacific sales, and We are very happy with our purchase. It's a beautiful oven inside and out with a ton of features for the money. We were very apprehensive because of the lack of reviews on this newer oven, including 1 bad review about preheating. Maybe Im used to a slow pre-heat from my old, but we dont find any issues with the preheating. its not any faster, but not slower either. The Clock options are really nice and there is something for everyone, (digital, Old fashion Flip Digital, and several analog clock otpions). The Touch screen is very easy to use for us, not difficult to navigate at all. I checked the seperate temperature with a thermometer, and found the oven to heat about 5 degrees higher than I asked it to, then drop 10 degrees or so, then back up again. it doesnt hold it right at say the exact temperature, but more of a hover around there. Something we didnt really didnt think we cared about was the alexa connectivity, but this is really nice and works great. (alexa, Turn the oven on to 400 degrees). I can do that from anywhere I have Alexa, and dont have to go downstairs to fiddle with the oven at all. One thing to be aware of is that alexa turns it on for 1 hr by default, so you have to adjust it if you need longer. Ive also tried the temperature sensor, which cooked my fish perfectly. I set the target temperature sensor to 135 degrees, and once the temperature was reached the oven shut off. Fish was perfect. My wife also got to test if the inside cleans up will with an accidental spill, and it cleaned up very easily. I installed the oven myself as I had to cut the cabinet by about 1/4 inch to get it to fit. We have not tested out any of the other features such as air fry, or steam, but Im sure in due time we will. Quality seems good, but only time will tell.. but so far so good. we did buy the extended warranty though just to be sure. Its alot of money to fix or replace it. For me, we bought the oven on a good sale, so the value for us is very good. Not sure it would be as good at the normal price.

Brand new out of the box IT LOOKS AMAZING! It is beautiful, sleek and has tons of cool features. Download the app and you can control the oven from your phone, which I think is probably the most convenient feature. It also has a must-have child lock from the touch screen and stays on the screen until you unlock it, letting you know that it is locked and your children are safe. I LOVE IT! Thank you Samsung for another amazing product.

I’ve been using this oven for a few weeks now and have been impressed by how many things it can do. The steam cook option makes baked goods and meats turn out juicier, and I’ve tried the air sous vide mode on salmon – came out really tender. The air fry feature is convenient too since I don’t have to use a separate appliance anymore. I like that the controls are on a big screen that's easy to read even from across the kitchen. The app is a fun addition, though I mostly use it just to preheat while I’m prepping. So far everything’s been working smoothly, and the cleaning modes are a nice bonus when I don’t feel like scrubbing.

Oven temp is accurate, preheats quickly, controls easy to understand and use.

Great oven. Has lot more options to use than old unit. Can even air fry and has larger cooking area than counter top air fryer. Also, the inside is larger than older unit as well and it fit into same space.

Beautiful, high-tech ovens. I love the esthetics and the touchscreen. Look forward to using the steam bake and convection settings. The proof setting and airfry worked perfectly. Love my new appliance. Delivered exactly on time.

Oven works great so far! Instead of beeping in sings when the oven preheats or timer goes off. Also the air fryer option is nice!

So far it’s been awesome! Love the look and the features and it has done everything it’s been supposed to do. My only wish is that the clock would stay on all the time but it seems like that’s not possible.

Great product and looks great along side my other Samsung appliances. This double wall oven has great features that are easy to use.

I didn’t know if I would like this oven because of the digital clock issue and the pictures do not do it justice. But of course it’s a smart oven so you can change the clock and do whatever you want. It is beautiful and functional. I’ve only used it a couple times so it’s really hard to assess if it’s good with turkeys, crisping or the many functions it has to offer but so far so good. 

Both ovens do not have the same features, which is extrememly inconvenient for a kosher kitchen; the Sabbath mode is terribly inconvenient to change temperatures during our holidays since the temperature increments are only 5 degrees - so if the oven is set on 170 and needs to be increased to 350 - I have to push the + sign 35 times! My old Kitchenaid ovens had a much better system having a scrolling indicator for temperature changes an I would only need to press a number for the degrees I wanted; also during Sabbath mode the date and time indications are missing, making it also very inconvenient. If I could, I would return these ovens and get a better option - probably going back to KitchenAid

All expectations were met, great oven. Install went well and I’ve had no problems since.
