Great TV for the price. Salesman very knowledgeable about the product and discussed pros/cons about purchasing new surge protector and HDMI cord instead of the TV. His comments made sense and we are glad that we purchased a product from a local company.

The Samsung J5500 32" TV is a Best Buy exclusive with unique features and a competitive low price. It has a web browser so the internet is at your fingertips once you connect your own wireless keyboard via a USB port on the back. It has "Micro Dimming Pro" and a "quad core processor", which are high-end perks for fast processing and a great picture. The shiny silver body looks great and the remote is large and easy to decipher. Finally, this model is one of the most energy efficient televisions you'll find on the market. You can't go wrong with the 32" gem of a TV!

I bought this TV for gaming primarily. So far....so awesome. Of course, Samsung is the leader in tv's....and that rep does not fall short with the smaller tv's. The colors and clarity are amazing. Star Wars Battlefront has never looked so good.

The TV works very well and is the correct size for the space, which is what I needed. There was some initial difficulty setting the correct settings for picture quality, but once that was handled the product works as expected.

I bought this TV for my master bedroom. I switched from cable to HULU/Netflix and needed a SmartTV; Samsung is my only option. I like that it is not bulky and massive. I like that it is more screen than trim like my previous model. The remote can be used on all of my other 4 Samsung TVs and compatible with my Samsung devices. Only wish it had SideSync 3.0

This tv was exactly what I was looking for. Lightweight frame but well made. Easy to install cable and wireless. I like the ease of connection to on line movies. I rate Samsung very high!

Great TV - clear picture - easy to use smart options

Knew I wanted a samsung. Went with the 32 inch plenty big for bedroom. Sounds great. Picture is great. Love the smart tv options. Only complant is that it does get a glare pending on the light coming through the window.

Get this model, J5500. It has an additional HDMI and USB over the base model. I can plug in my blu ray player, PlayStation and Xbox all at the same time. Picture quality is great, sound is pretty good. Worth the extra $50

Goodbye old analog TV. Hello intelligent digital. Recommendations and EXCELLENT sales rep pointed me to this Samsung 5500. Good picture quality, easy setup, good connectivity options. Sound volume wasn't a problem as some reported, just fine for our living room. Internet downloads are SLOW as reported. Roku stick helped.

I needed a tv for my room. It's a decent size, easy to use. I got it for the "smart" features (apps like Netflix, amazon) etc. very sleek

Purchased for my in-laws after failure of a CRT set. MIL didn't want cheap, but it must fit into an existing cabinet. This filled all width leaving vertical room. I never hesitate with ANY Samsung product. I have washer/ dryer, fridge, microwave, range, laptop and cell phones. In the past caterer I bought 7 televisions in one day without bids.

This smart tv is a great value buy. Picture quality is amazing and sound is good too. Would recommend as a solid buy if you're looking for a tv but don't want to spend a more than $400.
