Samsung TVs have been very reliable and have good quality and features. This is the 3rd Samsung Smart TV purcahsed by various members of our family over the past couple of years, and ALL have been great.

This is our first real smart TV. I researched this TV before buying it. Excellent choice. Picture quality excellent. Would recommend getting a minimum of 6" HDMI cable.

Great picture easy setup of wifi and Bluetooth speakers smart tv features are great fast browsing. Good selection of apps.

Easy setup & ready to go inside of 15 minutes. Took longer to understand the remote but over time that has become easy to navigate.

I reviewed several similar TV's prior to purchasing the Samsung 5500. The Samsung has several features that the others (LG, Vizio) do not. First and foremost for me was a web browser, not just built-in apps. Many TV's claim to be Smart TVs today but they're only half-smart. If you're looking for a TV that can just access Hulu or Netflix, most any Smart TV will do. If you want access to the web so you can bookmark your favorite network streaming site, only few actually have a built in browser. Once installed I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Samsung also easily connected to my home network and allowed me to access my NAS collection of movies, music and photos so I didn't need to add a separate device to access those files. In terms of picture quality, there are countless professional reviews comparing the many offerings on the market. I'll just say I am very happy with the 5500's picture quality and honestly, if you're buying a 32" screen, it's probably not your highest priority for that tv. I've only had the TV a month but my first impressions are 5-stars!

This was a gift for my mother who needed to upgrade her TV so that it was compatible with our updated system. It is an increase in viewing area and has HDTV. This was perfect for her and it displays a beautiful picture.

I bought this Smart TV after reading the reviews and measuring it for the mantel over the fireplace. The salesman was very helpful and the sale price was good. I am very happy with the quality and ease of use of this tv.

All the Samsung brand TV’s I’ve owned have been great. I was really worried when I turned on this particular Samsung as the picture was so dark. Through research I found that the TV comes in standard mode to save electricity, which makes the picture look dark. I changed to dynamic mode and the picture was beautifully bright and vivid. I love the smart features that make it so easy to switch between Netflix, Hulu, and so forth. I totally recommend this TV.

I have had other TV's but this one has a great picture and a lot of other features. Love the way it looks and have had good results.

I am enjoying using the Samsung - 32 Class (31.5 Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV - Silver It really is a Smart TV. I am learning new things everyday and I love it.

I buy Blu-Rays like crazy and wanted to get as much definition as I can from this TV. Long story short, this TV delivers and hopefully when I get an apartment of my own I'll be able to buy a larger version of this TV.

Nice TV for the investment. SMART features within TV cover needs well and picture is really good. Simple and easy to use!

The TV set it would give it 5 stars. Great picture right out of the box. But the smart tv apps I deducted 1 star. SiriusXM does not work correctly. Always rebooting. It is not the TV's fault, the problem is with SiriusXM app. Oh, it's not my internet as I can play Netflix 4k on my other Samsung 4k TV UHD no problem.

Best 32 inch tv you can buy. Great picture and easy to hook up. Love the smart tv function, easily connects to internet.

Besides the nice picture, I was surprised that the sound quality is so good. I bought a sound bar, because other flat-screens of this size needed them, but after hearing what came out of this TV's speakers I returned it. The Smart features are nice and has an easy to use pop up menu. Also, when using my antenna for local channels I don't get through my cable provider, the Guide button provides a very nice, complete guide for the channels I get OTA. All in all, so far I'm very happy.

The picture quality and features are very good. Given the standard programming I watch, I find that the picture quality on this 1080 TV is comparable to the 4K UHD I have in another room. I especially like the picture settings. Simple and easy to use, I did not have to do any detailed tweaking of the picture settings, I simply switched between the picture modes and found one that perfectly fit the room size and lighting. Easy to set up and easy to use. A very good buy.

I bought this tv as an open box. There was a scratch on the bezel and they knocked a good amount off the price. The color is amazing the smart function works flawlessly. Overall I would purchase another one just like it.

This little TV hooked itself right up to my home entertainment system from a different manufacturer. Paired with everything in the house that had Samsung written on it. The picture is very good. Adjustments to everything are easy to do on the screen menus. I'm not a tech geek, but so far I've muddled my way through most of what I have tried. Very happy with the TV and the price. If you need a 32 inch smart TV, get yourself one of these. I'm keeping this one.
