We purchased two Samsung televisions: a 23" for the kitchen and a 32" for the master bedroom. Our sales associate, Marcus, was knowledgeable and patient of our steep learning curve. Both televisions have worked out well, were easy to install and operate. Have yet to figure out how to get full screen viewing -- sometimes unable to read names and titles for experts featured on PBS. Also, translations appearing at the bottom of the screen get cut off. Not sure how to correct. When I needed to dispose of the previous tv's, I just drove to Best Buy and a young man unloaded the old tv's at the curb. Wonderful option for rec-cyling.

Bought this tv for my bedroom armoire. It has an excellent picture on it as well as many features. I love the smart technology because I use apps for watching Netflix and Vudu movies . The remote also lights up with use which is nice feature at night for easy viewing. Samsung products are my favorite!

The absolute cleanest high definition 1080 in its class of 32". Very big selection of Samsung apps that you just can't beat. I had a Sony Vizio before this and this Samsung Smart TV is definitely the best in its class for a 32 inch smart TV. I definitely recommend this smart TV to anyone who is looking to buy the real deal. Enjoy. And Samsung is always there to stand behind their product with customer service.

Needed a smaller TV for the bedroom since it has built in shelves. Couldn't go any bigger than a 32" and after a lot of research this one for the bill perfectly. Have had it for s little over a month now with no issues. Was a breeze to set up and all the tv functions along with the smart tv apps are very user friendly. The picture is pretty decent and clear for a smaller set with lots of options to adjust. The sound is basic but not horrible and does its job perfect for its size. There is a wake timer and sleep timer both which are handy. All the apps I've tried on it (Plex, Netflix, Amazon, HBO etc), all work very quickly and flawlessly. Hardly any delay when bringing them up or using them. Overall excellent tv for the size. I couldn't be happier.

This TV is awesome! I never knew what a smart TV even was until I bought this. I just knee I wanted a Samsung because I already have 2 Samsung TV's and have not had any problems with them. This smart TV has the best picture quality I have ever seen, it allows you to go straight to YouTube, Pandora, Netflix, and many other apps. I would highly recommend it.

When our old TV that had run faithfully for over 25 years started to lose it's color I did a little research online. I kept coming back to Samsung not only for great features, highly rated and a great choice of sizes. When I was satisfied with my decision I headed to Best Buy. After a few questions to the TV person there I knew I had made the right choice. Color is terrific, very clear, easy to install! The sound is very good as well.

Needed a new tv for the bedroom. Had an earlier version of Samsung's Smart TV and was very happy with it. After a bit of research and reading reviews, I selected this model. So happy I did. Set up so easy, picture and sound quality great. Great value.

Samsung and Best Buy hit it out of the park with this feature loaded TV. I understand it is made especially for BB to fit into a better than most, but just under the highest end tv niche, and it succeeds well. Setup was easy, the smart tv functions work well, and the picture delivered, in terms of color balance and clarity, is excellent. Available at a great price point and picture perfect.

I have been holding off for a full year to purchase a TV. I waited until the Holiday Season to see what was out there and still kept researching. As anyone who is looking to purchase a TV knows, there is more out there than should be. I found this on sale at Best Buy and really like the picture and sound. It only weighs 11 lbs so it is nice and light to mount on a wall or keep on a bookcase with the stand. Great item!

Light weight . Great picture .. Smart features work great.....they forgot the remote tho in my open box.... But I was able to download one on my smart phone

First let me say, I am a Samsung snob, as my experiences with their products have always been good. So when I was in the market for a new bedroom TV, I looked at everything that was in keeping with what I wanted and decided on this particular television. I am in the process of cord cutting and my bedroom TV has no cable, just a leaf antenna, along with a Roku box. I set up the leaf and turned on the TV and let it go through the process, it took two tries to get all the channels, but that is pretty normal within using a leaf antenna, then added my Roku box, which with this television is not necessarily needed, though I've more research and time needed to explore, mostly I need my Roku for Amazon and other channels I watch, like I said I need time to figure out if this television can be used without it. Be that as it may, the picture quality is wonderful and easy to adjust, if needed. I also like that when you turn on the television is has the most recent shows, as well as well as the different sources you might want to access, making things really easy. Another plus is that the remote lights up, always a plus in the bedroom. Overall, I can honestly say, that this television more then serves my needs.

I needed a larger television for my guest bedroom. I had a 19" and it was really small to see from the bed. I read reviews and also looked at all 32" available televisions. Not only was the price good but the television set up easily and has wonderful picture quality. It also is also a smart television which makes it even nicer.

Needed a Flat screen for a bedroom. Measured where this would be placed to make sure it would fit, & it does. Picture is Great, I did change the settings to a higher Definition of Picture than unit came with from Factory. Am very pleased with ease of use, & that can also control DVD unit, (Samsung), to watch Movies on. Am pleased & would purchase another one for other Bedroom.

I bought this TV for my daughters room and I am very happy with the purchase. It has a wonderful picture and now she can watch Netflix in her room. I also really like the Samsung mirroring feature since we have Samsung smartphones.

I already own 3 Samsung tv's, so I didn't read the reviews. This was only meant to bring me the game in the kitchen. And boy, does it! It even has this Sports Mode that changes the picture to be even more vibrant and stunning AND the sound changes to make you feel fully immersed, like you're there! This little tv's picture is truly beautiful! It may have the same specs as my living room tv but the picture is so much better! The processor really shines. The up-conversion is great and smooth. I've watched old shows from a flash drive, like Seinfeld, that look so much better than before. The speakers are really decent for action but, even in clear voice mode I do still have a hard time hearing speaking for drama types. Luckily this tv has Bluetooth so I just paired it with my Bose mini soundlink for those types of shows in the kitchen:) I could go on... Great tv!

This Samsung J5500 Series UN32J5500AFXZA LED Smart HDTV works fine. The picture quality is excellent and the remote is friendly. The TV however has problems “communicating” with my Sony sound plate using the HDMI connection. The TV will not always send sound to the sound plate when it is first turned on. It will turn on properly when I power down (unplug) both the TV and sound plate, then restart the systems. Once it establishes the proper “communication”, it works just fine. This is a software compatibility issue which Samsung should address.

Easy to set up. My fifteen year old set it up. Picture is great. Fits anywhere.
