Sales rep was very helpful as well as understanding when I told him my concerns. Said setup would be easy to accomplish even with, (or in spite of), my limited ability. He was correct and within an hour after I opened the box the TV was up and running. I couldn't be more pleased.

I need a means of presenting video and documentation on a screen for a larger group than my computer screen could accommodate. Plus I got the bonus of TV entertainment. It is light weight for ease of transport to a facility for presentations. Sound is good quality.

Bought this tv for my exercise room. It is the perfect size and has a great picture. Wifi and apps work fine, but I am having a problem updating the software.

I originally purchased an HDTV, and while it was purchased at a good price, the screen size was a bit too small for the room. I was a bit reluctant to exchange it for a larger size screen because of the usual rigmarole of lugging the TV back to the store, picking out a new one, and lugging it back, not to mention the anticipated lengthy paperwork that accompanies an exchange. I'm very pleased to report that the people at Best Buy made the process as painless as possible. I was able to return the TV to a store other than the one where I purchased it, and picked out a new one that works great and is a much better size for the room. It's also more technologically advanced. What stands out is how efficient the process was when compared to other experiences I've had in similar situations. Thanks for this. Now I know why Best Buy is doing so well. I'll see you again .
