    Made a low pitch alarm sound when it wasn’t in use. Picture clarity was ok but not great for what the monitor is suppose to be. Disappointed.

    Worst 32 in Monitor Ever!

    Worst 32 Inch Monitor I've bought ( out of five 32's I have). The others are the LG - 32" IPS LED QHD FreeSync Monitor - They have raise/lower and tilt. The power on button is on the bottom in the middle, not an uncomfortable around the back like Samsung. Worst part...The Samsung does not have built in speakers, manual talks about it and in fine print (only certain models), which the LGs include, not bad quality for average $50 or more less than Samsung! - If I could get my money back, I would!

    i finally hooked up this monitor and learned it is not worth it.does not free sink i repeat does not free sink or any other type of sink installed 2 a.m.d graphic cards and 1 g.t.x card.and nothing.does not even have H.D.R. as its advertised its an old model and its not up to date.its simply junk.junk junk.not surprised though seems everyone i know returns their purchases at best buy at least once to get one that works. i am done buying here,not my first bad experience i should have known better,still they should not sell junk.

      Please know that this monitor does indeed support FreeSync. FreeSync can only be used with specific AMD Graphics cards as listed in the User Manual.

      Make sure to install the latest official graphics drivers from AMD that support FreeSync.

    Colors are very dull and good viewing angles are practically nonexistent. Overall very upset. It’s 4k but it sacrifices everything else

    Extremely disappointed in this purchase & I feel very mislead. I connected my PS5 & was only getting 1080p in HDMI 1. The monitor was saying, ‘4K not supported’ . I moved the HDMI core over to HDMI 2 then I started getting 4K. I had to do thorough research on my own because the manual says nothing about this. I’m upset as well but I will be returning this monitor & I will not be buying from you all again.

    Ok for a 4k budget monitor but higher fps is bette

    I found 32" to be too big for my set uo so ill stick to 27". If you're going to try to game in 4k make sure you can get good fps or its not worth it.

    Great TV Horrible mute button placement on remote

    The TV itself is beautiful. Love the built in Roku. The problem is some one thought the side of the remote where you touch it every single time you pick u[p the remote was the place to put the mute button. It might have been OK if you actually had to really press the mute button. But this one is very sensitive. It your hand makes contact the TV mutes. I've accidentally muted the tv a dozen times in the first 3 days of owning it. I can't recommend the TV to anyone for this reason.

    No display of computer on monitor

    Hooked it up to my computer Intel Core i5 3570K with AMD Radeon HD5670. Turned it on and no display. Fiddling with crazy on/off, selector switch on back to select HDMI 2 for 60 Hz output and message "check connection". Started over with HDMI 1 30 Hz same message. Repeated with my old HDMI cable, same thing. Never got output to monitor other than message "check connection". 4 hours after purchase it was returned. Old monitor, just fine!

    The worst monitor you could ever have! The HDMI cable came with it DOESN'T support 60HZ under 3840 X 2160 resolution!!! They only gave you HDMI 1.4 but you need HDMI 2.0 to get to 60HZ. I have swapped a displayport to this monitor and it will work. What's the point to buy a 4K 60HZ monitor and not giving you a cable to support it? ridiculous! I am returning it!

    Very bad monitor connecting to Macbook Pro 2020

    This monitor keeps disconnecting with Macbook Pro 2020 for almost every 2-3 minutes. It blacks out for 2 seconds and comes back. Also it sometimes shows weird fuzz images before disconnecting and blacks out. I believe I have a right cable.

    Absolutely Horrible! The monitor does not activate reliably with thunderbolt. I have to constantly un plug and plug the monitor in to get it to be recognized by my MB Pro and turn on. The color is washed out. No real black. If I could return it I would, but I threw away the box. Definitely a DO NOT BUY!
