Ok, I had the last washing machine for about 15 years (and I bought it used) so a comparison wouldn't be too fair here. That being said, however, omg--if this is what clean clothes look like, idk WHAT my old machine has been doing all these years. I waited way too long to replace it, so I'm glad it finally died! Love the cleanness, love that it spins without shaking my entire house, love that it's so quiet that i forget I'm doing laundry. Love love love.

Love the washing machine, easy to use and very quiet when operating.

This washer works really well cleans clothes very well I did not hook up the steam unit so I cannot comment on that.This machine must be calibrated before it's first use. I purchased the 5-year plan on both the washer and dryer but ended up returning them because if they have to come out and service them you have to get them unstacked and have someone stack them back up after service. Other than that it is a good washer

We've had this washer for a little over 2 weeks now. It is working great, and it is really quiet. Believe it or not we have used the addwash door several times now, and it has been really handy. It makes it easy to shove forgotten/found items in the wash, without a dripping mess from opening the entire door. Overall I would recommend this washer to anyone looking to upgrade. I will update my review after a few months if anything has changed.

I love my new Samsung washer..the steam option is amazing as well.ive seen reviews about the washer leaking but I haven’t had any problems yet..and not to mention geek squad installed it on time and very quickly.!!

Because of COVID-19, I installed it myself. Just be aware, bringing this thing into the room where it needs to be installed is not a one man job! However, installation was very easy and straightforward. The does really a good job. I did not like the melody it plays at the end of the wash cycle but it is okay :) I also purchased matching dryer.

Love the sanitize and steam options. Bought this as a pair with the electric dryer, they work well together and are very nice looking in the laundry room. The one thing that does not make sense on this washer is that you still have to pause the machine to open the small door on the main door to add items - so it is really an unnecessary feature.

Love how user friendly this washing machine is and also extremely quiet. Definitely recommend!
