The 1st washer had a defect in the fabric softner and bleach area. The washer was immediately replaced and I just love it. My clothes are much brighter and looks cleaner and the spin cycle is great. Less time to dry.

I love this machine! Compared to what I had, it is so much more efficient. Clothes come out clean, it’s quiet, and saves on energy! I can’t give it 5 stars because I was under the impression that I would be able to have certain control with my smartphone. The app had terrible ratings and you have to spend a ton of money on additional devices to make the machines WiFi compatible and I read they really don’t even work. A huge disappointment as it would have been nice to see timers and things in my smartphone. Other than that I’m very happy with this product- no issues so far.

Really quiet and does a nice job getting the cloths clean. Love all the settings and the extra door for items you forgot about to put in last minute. We got this to replace an older Samsung model.

Like it’s dryer counterpart - has a range of Easy to follow automatic settings for various types of laundry loads. Still allows for customization of settings. Overall super easy to use and a great product!

There is nothing this washing machine can't handle. Love the door to add items if you drop something in a room on the way to washer. Can do very large loads of laundry and everything is well cleaned. Many Many different options for all shapes sizes fabric type .

After reviewing several washing machines decided on this model. It has a lot more features than my older model kenmore. A lot more cycle variations for clothes, bedding as well as a trap door to add something to,the wash after it started

Best washer and dryer bundle we could ever buy. Easy installation with geek squad. Major upgrade from an old stackable and we don’t see ourselves getting nothing other than Samsung.

So far so good, i found that a $25 adapter was required to make it smart. This information was only disclosed in the manual i found while i waited 3 weeks for my unit to arrive. The adapter took several more weeks to arrive as it was hard to find. The add a wash feature i thought was nice until i went to use it and its just as easy to open the main door. Tou still have to pause the washer and allow it to unlock either way before adding to the wash.

Okay, so I love this washer....now! At first it was shaking uncontrollably, but that was due to us not removing the back pieces that needed to come off to stabilize the washer. So far so good.

Very easy to install and use. The power this machine has is great, My wife and I joke that the jet is warming up when it goes into the spin cycle. Very happy with this purchase

Reviewed my dryer and put the wrong info.. (See my dryer reviewI) I have the washer and dryer and they are both great. Both work well with the Samsung app. This washer does everything I need it to do. Whqt I wanted to add to my dryer was that I had a clogging issue un the duct. The troubleshooting instructions in the book were very easy and the dryer was fixed immediately--by me! My washer has had no issues. I do wish I had purchased the pedestal for both along with the set because now I am unable to get 1 let alone both because they are not within a 250 mile radius unlessvI want a different color, which I dont

Solid washer with exceptional performance and features! I love the many different wash options that include steam cleaning options as well! Overall, I'm beyond happy with it!

In 18 months our washer stopped working efficiently. We had several repairmen that came out and replaced various parts. I know at the end of the day they spent more money sending people out and on the parts then just replacing in the whole unit from the beginning.

Overall we really like this washer, however we were frustrated to discover after spending so much on this item that indicated it was wifi/app enabled that in order to actually use that functionally you had to buy a separate adapter. While we realize this isn’t uncommon, we couldn’t find it stated anywhere on best buys site, or Samsung’s that buying this adapter was the only way to enable “some” wireless functionality. Our assumption is even after the adapter we’ll also need their hub, which is another added cost they should better outline before purchasing. From a cleaning perspective though it does a great job.

Many options for washing solutions. It does an excellent job of cleaning everything, but am a little disappointed at the noise level; although it isn't obnoxious, it is noisier than my previous LG washer.

I love this washer. Should have gotten the next size up because that one has a light to illuminate the drum. If you laundry room isn't that bright it's difficult seeing everything inside. Amazing job washing clothes.

Washes very well. Like the add an item feature. Especially good with whites and steam setting. Also delicates on cold come out clean and no holes (spun on low). Purchased as an open box to replace recalled Samsung top loader, so got a great price at $525 delivered.

It washes my clothes without leaking all over the floor! My old (actually, only 10 years old) machine leaked and was rusty! Haven't used all the bells and whistles (will I ever) but look forward to trying various options.

This washing machine is a good item to have at home, adding cloth while washing is an awesome feature that I didn't have with my old one. The smart home adapter disappointed me, it only works monitoring the cycles, not controlling so it is not too smart.
