Washer is great, had an issue with the filter not being tightened when delivered which resulted in water all over the floor but since it’s been fixed it is great, runs really quietly.

So far, so good!! Does a very good job washing clothes, especially on the quick cycle. Sometimes the clothes come out so well wrung, it’s hard to believe they need to go in the dryer.

We are very happy with our new washing machine. There are more than enough washing selections. The ability to add to the load without having to stop the machine cycle is a nice feature.

Easy installation. Comprehensive manual. Easy to use. Is nice and quiet. I'm very pleased. Plus the ADDWASH function is nice

Excellent dryer. Dries clothes quickly and makes them soft to the tough. I love all of the options like steam, heavy duty, quick dry and so many others!

The washer has really good built-in options. One of the options are the tray in the front. If you forget to put some clothes you can just toss it in and it will also get washed and you don't have to open the door.

We were in need of a washer ASAP. We saw the washer that we wished to buy in ads by Home Depot. After reviewing the ads we decided to go to Best Buy to check out their offer. While at Best Buy the sales person introduced us to a better washer for a better price than we had originally anticipated. After some consulting we were able to get The best washer for a lower price than any place else. There was also a special discount which made the purchase even better. Best Buy is the tops in the retail market because they service the customers and family. Thank you Best Buy.

The Samsung 14-cycle front loading washer is superb! One of the best washers on the market. So many washing options and can hold a king size bedspread...and did I mention it washes wool!

This was my 1st front load and I love it. It's much better with a pedestal because it makes it higher. The only thing I really don't care for and I thought I would is the add wash door on the front. It's pretty useless.

Got this washer and dryer set for my mom for Christmas and she loves them. Has a lot of space she’s able to wash king size blankets with no issues.

This washer was chosen by my husband. Seems to be worthy so far, still kind of new to us. Easy to use. Washes pretty large loads. Happy with our puchase so far. Just not with the service from Best Buy Newport News.

This washer is amazing! It is so quiet and has all the bells and whistles! The extra little door on the front is a nice addition for the times you drop or forget a sock or two. Recommend this to anyone!!

I love this washer. My clothes hadn't felt cleaner! The add-a-wash feature is great, very handy. The only bad side to it is that the add-a-wash door hinge is starting to bubble up, like rust. Hopefully the warranty covers this issue.

I was tired of cheap, ugly washers that tore clothes and broke after only a few years. So far, so good with this. It's elegant design and easy to use features make doing laundry almost fun!

Washer works great if you follow the instructions. Beware of adding more detergent than what is needed. I particularly like all of the cycle options. Being able to add clothes after the cycle has started is a plus
