Multiple settings to clean even the most difficult item. Easy to load and unload. Easy to add items after start of wash cycle. Also very beautyful

I came from an older topload. Everyone said don't do front load, it smells, it's loud, etc. I'm soooo glad I didn't listen. This thing is worlds quieter than my old topload, cleans better, washes faster in quick settings and allows for a much deeper clean on longer ones. Zero smell issues so far, all I do is leave the door open to dry after unloading. Once dry, close. No problems, no buildup, no mildew etc and my laundry room is very enclosed. I can't recommend this washer enough.

The Samsung - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle High-Efficiency Front Loader has been amazing. It’s so quiet, I keep checking to make sure the washer is actually going. The Addwash feature is pretty cool too. It’s perfect for if you forget a little something and need to add it after your load has already started. It’s got a variety of settings to choose from for your wash including quick wash and even active wear which is great for me. I have a house full of boys that play almost every sport.

For starters our previous washer & dryer were Samsung. We had very good luck out of them & we owned them for 10 years so it was easy to choose Samsung. The washer is so easy to use & works great. Very quiet & smooth (no vibration). We purchased the black stainless & loved the classy look. I would definitely recommend this item or any Samsung front load washer to anyone.

Add wash feature is a must for me. My last washer had it but without the extra little door. The benefit to the little door is no water drips but the opening is a bit small. Lots of features and ways to customize. And great capacity. Even bigger than my last front loader. Haven’t tried the stick to use it with my phone. From all the reviews I read it was a waste. That’s not the feature I bought it for, so it doesn’t bother me.

We are really enjoying our new washer and dryer. The washer gets the clothes really clean. I love the door on the front to add forgotten socks or dish rags and towels without pausing the machine! I am looking forward to using the sani clean feature with our pee pads, blankets, stuffed toys - we raise Australian Shepherds. With our old washer we had to wash them at least 2 times, sometimes 3 times depending on what it was, to get the smell out and with this unit it should be very similar to hotel/industrial quality for sanitary washes, so I am really looking forward to seeing how that works. They are pretty quiet. Not sure if I like the musical tune that goes off when the clothes are done, but it does get my attention where I might have let the beeping from my old units just go without much notice. These units can also be linked to your cell phone, but we haven't done that and probably won't. Overall, we are very pleased with the units.

Great Product, Great price, very quiet, very user-friendly

This washer is overall a good washer. It has many different cycles to choose from and the fast wash cycle is FAST. The only problem I have experienced is the noise it makes. It is much louder than I would expect. Other than the noise, the clothes come out smelling really good and give you confidence that the washer did it's job well. The add wash feature is really nice because I am always forgetting things and it is great to be able to open the little window and toss something in instead of having to open the whole door. Seems like a sturdy machine but beware the noise that you may not be expecting.

I am still getting used to all of the features of this beautiful machine. My last washing machine did not have the bells and whistles this one has. I have used the Addwash door several times and find it to be very handy. I have also used the self-cleaning feature once. This washer still looks and feels brand new after more than 40 washes. It is quiet and efficient. I hope this washer performs this well for a LONG time!

This washer is fantastic and at a great price if you catch it on sale. The machine is extremely quiet and it's very fast. It has a smart home feature and I purchased the attachment to enable it but I would pass on that. I order to get notifications on when the wash is done you have to manually turn that feauture on every time you turn the wash on. Aside from that I would highly recommend this washer.

Sitting on a pedestal in the garage, next to same brand and model dryer, looking just stunningly... All the options and cycles and buttons is very nice, but rarely used. Steam, however, is good if you have small kids and have to sanitize it all. I always manage to drop a sock or a t-shirt on the way, so having a little door to throw in more stuff after the cycle has started is a great feature.

We decided to give these powerhouse washer/dryer pair a run and see how we like them. This is our 1st Samsung brand washer/dryer set. And with so many features, we haven't used them all yet. Has steam, sensor technology. Has almost too many settings. But at the same time easy to use. So, we like them so far. Time will tell how good they really are.

Washes amazing and is quiet. clothing has come out cleaner then my top loader from 6 years ago ever did. they are are dryer so i use less gas to dry. but I'm very unhappy with the plastic on the front door is very scratched actually came scratched out of the box. another issue is the add door leaks water into the center between the front and inside glass. you can't clean this and it leaves a water mark. geek squad said its a issue cause they don't have a seal there so you just live with the poor looks. so thankful for geek squad the gentleman was very helpful. but samsung were less them helpful when i called they ignored this was a issue instead telling me I'm using the wrong soap, water temps are wrong, I shouldn't use the steam feature and then told me the self clean would fix this issue. so 3 hours and 45 minutes later after i do that for the second time the streaks actually got worse. they refused to help or even send someone out. so here we are stuck with this scratched and water stained washer cause the sale is no longer going on so the set we were going to buy instead of this one is no longer an option. so we are stuck with it. not thrilled at all with looks but at least it works for now. when the brand won't help with issues it really makes it hard to love a product. we love the add an item feature but if it leaks then we can't stand it. we also received it damaged and were told a compensation would be sent cause the washer was delivered with a dent and scratches but here it is two weeks later and nothing, Im actually finding it even harder to be happy with this item with all the trouble we have had.

It washes clothes properly but bells and whistles cost extra and it shakes no matter how much you balance it. I spent the better half of an hour trying to adjust and balance and no matter how level every instrument I have says it is, spin makes it shake pretty rough until really starts spinning

You definitely get what you pay for! This machine thoroughly cleans clothing without wrecking them and the sanitize feature I find it super important during this pandemic. Beautiful machine, easy to use and definitely big enough to wash comforters with no problem :-) highly recommend

This was purchased as a replacement for a Samsung top load washer that ea recalled. Unit cleans much better than the old one. Quieter operation. Capacity is a little lower but 4.5 cubic feet is enough for everything I need. Took a little while to figure out how much detergent to use so we do not get the too much suds error. Very happy with machine so far.

My wife is so satisfied with this washer. It has a larger capacity than the one it replaced and it runs beautifully. This is an HE washer which it uses less detergent and since we have a water softener for the house we use very little detergent. Easy to use and operate.
